I wish I had listened to the warnings from the other 1 star reviews. The fabric is very plastic to touch and the 2 shirts ordered were cut and sewn very badly. I wanted to return the 2 tops because they cannot be warn but instead of getting instructions of where to return them too, they replied offering me $6 to keep them and not bother with the return. Considering they cost me near $80 I thought it was a joke. When I advised them that wasn’t acceptable and that I wanted to return them they just kept coming back with silly offers. I had to point out numerous times that they were faulty and therefore as per their return policy could be returned for a full refund. Then they said it would cost too much to return them to Asia, so I finally accepted their offer of $48 just so I didn’t have to deal with them anymore. I will never buy from this company again and I would suggest anyone who reads reviews on trustpilot, heeds the warning that others have given.

I ordered 6 dresses. They all don't fit sadly they come up really small. I need to return them. I like them but way to small. I have emailed them 3 times and no reply to get the address to return them and get a refund. There is no returns form in the parcel or instructions. The website says email customer services for return address. Fraud company?

I hope this will serve as a lesson, never again to buy clothes from one of these chinese online stores. The clothes I received looked like a very cheap copy of what displayed on the stores homepage. The fabric was thon and plastic and the fit non existensial. All in all, I would not have liked to wear it even if someone payed me to wear it. This is a scam!

Worked fine to order. Took little while for the delivery, but it was a expected.
The clothes were suiting fine (a blouse and a short dress). I returned one dress as it was too loose. Awaiting for contact from customer service for the return. Hopefully it goes smoothly.

Really happy with both products. Only downside was it took 1 month for delivery.

Shopping experience was - Great clothes! However, they were on a little on the smaller size so on some more huggable outfits, you would need to go a size up. Overall great value for the money!
Shipping took a bit longer but customer service was quick to answer shipping questions and the order arrived when they said it would!

The material of the clothes are very cheap. I wanted to return my order but they are refusing to allow returns despite this being in contravention of UK regulations. They have offered to refund 27% of a $108 order.

Customer service is awful.

Received the dress in good time and happy with the product - as described and as per photo.

Quick delivery. Lovely dress. I would recommend.

Unethical company. AVOID AVOID AVOID !! The clothes are not as pictured and cheap material. I tried to get a return address and just got auto replies offering discounts to keep the clothes. As others say they are trying to delay so the 30 day return policy.lapses . DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They should be shut down as a trading company and would be in the UK under the consumer rights legislation!

Took ages to arrive, terrible customer service, just kept sending auto replies. Dress is OK but very overpriced for what it is. Would not shop with them again and would not recommend.

Beautiful blouses and high quality. This is my second order, the first one never arrived but the second order arrived promptly and I highly recommend this brand. It’s delivered from Asia.
