Tesco Photo Reviews 

I recently ordered a family print with our names in writing below the photo and a frame. When ordered it the preview looked fine.
When it arrived however two of the names across the bottom had been cut off. Completely unusable. So someone took that print out of a machine and packaged it up with a frame and sent it thinking that was ok???? Anyone looking at that can see it was completely unacceptable.
Not only that but I immediately contacted Tesco photos by e mail to complain and ask for a replacement as it was gift. Have heard nothing back. No reply in over 2 weeks. Not what I expect from Tesco, the customer seems not to matter anymore .

I have used before and been very happy with the service.
This however was a battle that hasn’t ended yet. First I couldn’t open my account I know what my e mail is and password it kept saying account not found, I tried reopening my account then it stated this e mail has already been registered. Using my work e mail i opened another account then I placed and paid for the order.
Nothing came in the post, no emails, after a week I tried to contact Tesco. Why do large companies not have phone numbers ? The only option was to e mail. They didn’t respond very quickly, when they did the reply said we can see it’s been produced but not been dispatched. Another will be produced and then dispatched. I still haven’t received anything almost 3 weeks after the order was placed. The whole experience has made me decide I won’t use them again.

Good quality photos and good value at 12p each. Arrived on time.

The actual service was top notch and no complaints at all.
The reason for just 3 star's is the 4 images mug I ordered the quality of the pictures were absolutely awful and I didn't have the nerve to actually give this mug to my friend. It went in the bin and would not order again from Tesco.

Personalised Calendar printed very well.
All done quickly and at good price.

Very friendly guy at the Hastings store. Very quick and efficient. The printing quality is amazing.

Collecting prints from the Silverburn branch of my late wife who had passed months prior.
. The gentleman serving me was very sympathetic and even took time to laminate one particular print. The standard of the prints was fantastic. Have used the system several times since with many more selections in my basket.

There was a mix up with my order which got sorted out immediately once I'd emailed customer services. Very friendly & efficient. Photos very good quality & quick delivery. I always buy photo credits which makes the prints an excellent price.

Great price for photos but I never received the email to inform me they were ready so I had to chase this up myself.

I ORDERED A CANVAS OF MY PRECIOUS PET FIGO, WAS VERY PLEASED, IT WAS HALF PRICE REDUCED FROM £60 OR I WOULDNT OF PURCHASED IT, VERY EXPENSIVE, SO COST ME £30, BUT OVER ALL VERY PLEASED

Wow! What a great product and a fantastic service. I put together a slim calendar online which was easy to do and I collected it within a few days. I will definetly use Tesco again for their range of photo products.

It was great from ordering to popping into store to pick it up .

I’ve had several different Tesco Photo books printed over the years and never been disappointed. Even when some of the old photos were deemed to be poor quality I was surprised how well they turned out. They were delivered within 3 days. Thank you Tesco

Excellent fast service, great quality photos.

I use Tesco for printing my photos a lot. I have used other company's as well but I stick with Tesco because the printing is usually very good as long as you make sure your images are at least 600DPI for anything larger than 6 x 4. I have printed some brilliant wildlife photos this way at 12 x 8 with great resolution. The photos are usually delivered within a few days. I have also made calandars as well.

I took 5 mins to throw a load of pics into a little square soft cover photo book , it came out a treat

Absolutely brilliant, downloaded my chosen photos, chose the nearest store, which was about 11 miles away, but fortunately my friend lived near the store so she collected them for me. I had an email to say they were ready for collection and my friend picked them up. I couldn't wait to see them, I needed them to be really clear as they're were going to be used in court as evidence, well I wasn't disappointed they were brilliant and much cheaper than I thought they'd be too, will definitely use Tesco again.

Great calendar terrible experience purchasing it. I live in US and wanted to make a calendar for my mother in the UK for her birthday. The site didn’t indicate any location restrictions and after uploading the images and creating the calendar I finally got to payment and was unable to complete the transaction… despite accepting VISA a globally recognized credit card!! really really frustrating

BUT no email to say they were ready
Had to telephone!

I bought 3 magic mugs. Expensive £13 each. First look, fine. But after 1st use you can always see the pictures and there's no magic anymore. For the cost totally rubish, quality not that good. Won't use it again. Unless the service improves
