If I could rate 0 I would! Absolutely shocking experience. Bought a mug with what should have been writing on the bottom when the mug was delivered (2 days before Christmas) it was a mess the writing was so faint you could hardly see it at all I tried taking it back for a replacement the next day to be told they could only resolve this as of the new year! I was left without a gift and no refund. Shocking would not recommend. This was the Tesco on Huddersfield road Oldham.

Whilst I went in at a very busy time - two days before Christmas - the staff at Martlesham Tesco photo were wonderful. Helpful, friendly and calm amongst the chaos of stock boxes and machines that were slow with people suddenly needing to print 120 photos in 2 minutes. I went for the one hour service online over the 5 day service, and picked up my photo the next day. The manager was even calling customers on the phone to remind them to pick up due to early Christmas hours, not wanting people to be disappointed in not being able to collect their photos - I thought this was very good of them.

Awful quality of pictures. Got 10 printed for my Nans photo frame for Christmas and they were all blurry. Professional wedding photos of excellent quality that my dad then printed off from his home canon printer that were better. So disappointed.

Very unhelpful, disinterested member of staff. I think he may be better suited to a non customer facing role.

Ordered well before Christmas, received the mug I ordered in time but none of the photographs. I then complained by email and received half the photos after Christmas. It’s now 2nd January and still not received the rest. They were the children’s school photos for the grandparents. The ones I did receive are very poor quality and not the ones intended as gifts. Will not be using Tesco again.

I use Tesco Photo quite a lot for both the 20min collection and the 5 day collection and i also ordered some personalised cushions as Christmas presents and i have to say that on all occasions i have been very happy with the service from confirmation emails to updates when my items were ready to collect. They have always been within the times they should be and of good quality and the staff in my local shop Tesco Cheam Park are excellent and very helpful

Ordered a simple photo and frame to collect, when I went to collect my item the gentleman behind the counter was so disinterested in serving me it actually made me feel uncomfortable, barely said a word to me, looked at me as if I had committed a cardinal sin and all I was doing was interrupting him and inconveniencing him. Never again. I'll use a different company from now on, there's plenty of competition out there where I won't be made to feel like I'm being a nuisance.

I ordered some prints to be collected within an hour from the store which ended up not being printed til the next day.
To be fair to Tesco it was my mistake that I hadn’t checked whether they were still open at half 6 (they were not), it would be useful if the option to collect within an hour was not available to select/ maybe a warning that it will be the next day due to being closed.
Had I have known I could have used the machine in store.

Easy to upload photos for the canvas, and it arrived quickly. Excellent quality, it was a gift and we were so pleased with the result.

Order placed 11th December for home delivery, quoted as "2-3 days". Email received 14th December saying order had been sent, delivery 2-3 days. Order Tracking info on website was blank. Unable to cancel order. Order finally arrived 23rd December. Nearly 2 weeks. Absolute joke. Ended up ordering from elsewhere and getting them quicker. Should have gone with my gut and used a more reputable company from the start.

Ordered 2 photo books and only 1 has arrived. No update to let me know if & when the other photo book will be reprinted and sent.

Affordable Print just in time for Christmas. No delay and the print is high quality. Can’t really ask for more

This company ruined Christmas presents for 5 people!!!
They advertise fake prices that don’t exist, and they say next day delivery when in fact it’s 5 working days.
So glad I selected the pay at store option, won’t be giving them a penny!!

Super quick turnaround on a personalised mug, with high quality output. Fantastic staff who also managed a Christmas photoshoot with a wriggly unhappy 9 month old. Lovely quality pictures came out. Price was excessively high for individual prints but got a decent discount for ordering enough to put in our xmas cards.

Ordered a photo book for Christmas gift. Book looks great and pictures are pretty decent too. Problem is a couple of the pages are stuck together at top. Not great for a gift now.

Waste of time. Ordered and paid for prints online and given option to select my local Tesco store to collect them. Went in and both kiosks out of order... so you shouldn't be able to order the service online in the first place if it's not available. Customer service in store just shrug their shoulders and the phone support can't do much either other than change the collection store to one more than 20 miles away, or provide a refund. Not great when it's a xmas present. Luckily Boots came to the rescue- much better.

Ordered photos online and chose the one-hour service which was priced at 50p per photo. Went in to collect 6 hours later to be told they weren’t there as they are done by a separate company. I was told they can’t contact them or tell me when they will be in. It could be 2-3 days but it could be longer. Following their advice I’ve emailed Max Spielmann who cannot give me any update other than checking I went to the right place. I confirmed I did and still haven’t received a response.

Absolute quality, now ordered x5 books.
