They used to be a fantastic company.....but they've turned too capitalistic, and forgotten what made them a fantastic company. Now it's pay for anything and everything, and as soon as something is deemed 'too old', they remove ALL info on it, even though they continue to sell it on their website, have links to old URL's that no longer work, and refuse to provide any info if a user needs it.
Now, they are just money grubbing capitalists. And if you complain? You're just a disgruntled customer.....
Yet I have receipts going back to 2018 of things I have purchased from them.
Honestly, look elsewhere.

Ordered two couplers and received two different couplers, one of them being a knock off trying to mimic the original listing. They appeared the same externally, but looking closer at the details the external and internal parts are very different despite being ordered from the same listing. Very dodgy seller and doesn't check for this sort of thing? I specifically bought from this seller for quality but I might as well order from AliExpress or Amazon...

Your services are wonderful with great technicians that know what they're doing! Packaging was well done to protect the unit. So much so that it blew my silly attempt at packing my own machine out of the water. Even talking with the technicians was positive and encouraging. I'm a novice at 3D printing, but nobody gave me grief for my mistakes or poor attempts at fixing my own printer. They even gave me great advice and suggestions on how to proceed with my repairs. I will definitely use this company as my first choice when I have any more 3D printer malfunctions. Thank you guys!

Went to and purchased firmware for my Ender 3 Neo running mainboard 4.2.7 for $7. Downloaded, compiled and installed the firmware and tried to do a bed level but, after doing the home check, it went to the first position but the probe was off of the bed so when it did the Z check, the nozzle hit the bed and pushed it down hard. I opened a ticket and was basically told that I would need to purchase the support for an additional $30 for them to help me.

Tim has been incredibly helpful in understanding my issue and ensuring that entire printer health has been checked and fixed. I started with a Prusa mk3s+ that was second hand 'upgraded' by an individual. these upgrades made it impossible to troubleshoot from a home user perspective. If you don't eat, sleep, and breathe 3d printers it was impossible to fix. The printer had issues with z axis calibration, print quality, and user based issues. Tim has identified problems with original printed items, wiring, and assisted me in understanding with pictures what the problems have been. He has taken the time to print parts, correct wiring connections and kept me informed throughout the process. I am grateful and excited to see what this thing can do when it gets back home.

I've spent about three weeks now "upgrading" my printer with these people and I'm DONE. The "Kit" came missing the control module ooopsie they said "forgot to pack it" okay.. happens but then it came time to set everything up. The supplied bolts are short, the holder holes don't align, the bed mounts.. well those are just ridiculous and simply unusable, then it literally states in their guide "DO THIS but be aware might brake your bed or extruder but don't worry if it does just flip the switch next time and it will work.." right so yes, there is a hole in one of my beds.. Also so you know they feed you their own nonsense firmware that "should work for any printer" and yet nothing works. My prints are all weird dimensions now and absolutely don't reflect what I'm seeing on the screen. And the cherry on top is their support system that doesn't let you log in the second time where I'm 99% sure I'm using the right credentials BUT in case that I forgot my password there is literally no "forgot password" or any kind of recovery. It's absurd to say the least I've held it together for 3+ weeks trying to sort things out (and it's still not sorted) and I'm DONE. Hope this review at least saves other people the absolutely endless frustration dealing with TH3D because it's actually more like a THURD
Update 10-11-2024: Well I guess the owner/support person finally got the customer support msg 6 months later.. I'd normally say better late than never but in this case it's too late. My printer has been left broken and I got a new one after the whole "upgrade kit" experience. The build plate has a hole in it and firmware is so messed up I don't even know where to begin fixing it. Anyway, I moved on, however...
Now, 6 months later, The-owner decided to go on posting private conversations publicly so once again I feel I must return to dealing with this nonsense. Dear Mr.Owner, I'd like to add a few excluded pieces of information and clarify a few things:
1. This is not OK!
2. Purchase was made April 30, 2024 I gave up trying to fix my "upgraded" printer May 24, 2024.
3. I emailed, used your whacky support system, called and messaged you guys on discord.
4. Threatening to "close my ticket" after me giving you all the benefits of the doubt and after 2 months of trying to make it work because "I'm frustrated" is not how you earn any kind of respect or customers. It is however exactly how you get bad reviews.
5. Trying to get honest reviews removed by flagging them for "defamatory content" instead of fixing your processes and/or your support system isn't the right thing either and is definitely not how you fix bad reviews.
In any case I hope this can be put to rest now and I wont have to ever come back. I'll leave the title as is instead of renaming it to "two months of frustration" and wish you another great "7 years of business" which you so pompously let me know about.

Th3d Studio has been nothing short of AWESOME in ALL of my dealings with them!! DO NOT believe MOST ALL of the BS negative reviews "TP" is posting, They ARE trying to Extort money from Small companies to post positive reviews.
I am new to this and was having a little trouble installing software but I sent an email and they were quick to respond and point me in the right direction. Everything worked out great and I am very pleased with the product and the service.
