Broke on first use
Hi I did a double on my first use and the screw came off. Screwed it back on, tightened it again and it came off again. Not sure if I’ve got a faulty rope? If I could send it back or something that would be good

Hi Andrea. I genuinely don't understand why you have given us a 3 star review as you have not purchased anything from us. We don't ship to the EU because of the numerous problems Brexit has caused, this is why it is not an option in the checkout. We gave dealing with brexit a go for a year and a half and around 95% of our orders came back because customers on the continent refused to pay the import duties and taxes.
Ciao Andrea.
