I was so nervous making such a large purchase as the sole person in my business, but after months of research & lots of help & advice from Donna I knew I couldn't afford not to as Mezotix was the missing piece i needed in my business. I like how exclusive this currently is in my area & so do my clients.
We did my launch event last week with 40 guests attending many of which have now taken courses or will be taking courses when we've finished other forms of treatment which has helped cover a large cost of the machine already.

The support ive received so far from Donna has been great & shes so quick to respond to any questions I have.

I’ve purchased the Smart Diod Pro Laser Hair Removal from Smart Group and Nadia the person who works for the Company was extremely helpful and supportive and it did exceed my expectations. The people in Smart Group especially Nadia are so lovely and professional. I hope it will continue to be even more greater.
It’s a really pain free Laser Hair Removal and very effective. Just been doing the treatments not long ago and my clients are happy with the results. I would highly recommend it to someone who would like to purchase a pain free machine. The only downside is it the handle is a bit heavy and needs time to get used to it. 🙈

Yes there is a yearly service charge that hurts a little, but I’m also happier knowing that , with their technology, as well as the yearly service, the chances of my machine breaking down during a session with clients is minimal and my clients will get the best treatments.

Total rip off. So many promises to sell a laser machine and promised by Tarek that it has buy back guarantee so if business didn't work he will take the machine back. But it was all lies. Finance sorted by them too and without informing the finiance company made me a personal guarantor. Now my home is at risk unless I pay them. I have no business. There are lots of laser hair removal salons and now the customer can buy from Boots. Please don't spoil your life if you have a small business. You also have to pay £800 for the service. It can not be done from anywhere. So my advice is don't work with these liers and save yourself from misery. I wish I could take them to court.
