Only problem I had was a phone call claiming to be the claims guys but not the same address.

Regular updates. But frustrated with the delays in finalising the claim!!!

That's it... I don't really have an issue with how The Claims guys are handling the situation but it's just the whole process takes wayyyy too long and it doesn't feel exciting to know we'll get some compensation from this...because when we think it's getting close, there's more deadlines added... in practically every update email, there's a new date...just as soon as the previous date has been and gone.

Since 2024 it started, and I saw something that said "some time in 2027"

The claims guys are very professional and your site is so easy to deal with.

Glad you update me at intervals, I find it hard not being able to speak to someone as there are many other companies contacting me by phone(assuming it’s a scam) I would like to ask questions to a human at the claims guy.
