Customer service was excellent, answering all of my questions ahead of the cleaning appointment. The team was friendly, approachable, and professional throughout.
The cleaners did an outstanding job—truly exceeding my expectations. They took care of everything without needing any direction or supervision, and regularly checked in to make sure I was happy with each room. Reliable and helpful. The cleaners we had helping in our parents house over several years were good and on the whole careful, and the agency themselves were always prompt in getting back to us. They listened to any feedback, and were understanding of our elderly mother’s needs. They also provided deep cleaning services when we finally sold the house.

Absolutely fantastic experience with cleaning gurus for my end of tenancy clean - it probably wasn’t the easiest as there was lots of built in furniture/white goods and net curtains to stay.
Emiliya and Nasko were friendly, polite and did a fantastic job - including the oven which was in a bit of a state and it ended up sparkling!

Great Support & Service
Our regular cleaning lady, Aneliya, is wonderful and always takes great care when attending our property. In two hours she does a great deal and we feel lucky to have her working for us on a regular fortnightly basis. The team at cleaning gurus always provide excellent support if anything changes.

The team are brilliant and very understanding and accommodating towards my needs.
They organised a lovely cleaner for me called Zaharinka, who cleaned for us for the first time today (November 28th) and did a really fantastic job.
As a woman with chronic illnesses and disabilities I have actually faced some issues finding a cleaning service that will meet my needs, but the cleaning gerus agency have done just this and I am really happy and impressed with the whole company.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner. I cant tell you how well Zaharinka has done our relatively large flat. She did everything. All skirting boards, the whole kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom 1. Even steamed the floors. Brilliant asset to an already brilliant company.
