Ordered the scooter on Thursday 10/06/21. Next day delivery. Its now Sunday 13/06/21 no sign of the scooter. Olivia gave me a call today and was absolutely fantastic and really helpful. This was nothing to do E-Scooter and very poor service be FedEx. It was great Olivia chased up FedEx and made the call to let me know it would be delivered today. Highly recommended.

I was undecided if I was going to buy the scooter so ended up leaving it to the very last minute. I ordered it from here as the reviews said it would come the next day and It was monday and my daughters birthday was on the wednesday!! I ordered on the monday at about 11.30am and it arrived on the Tue at about 11am, that was less than 24hrs. Perfect thank you!!

I had a problem with my scooter after minutes of use, I contacted the e scooter co and that's when customer service swung into action.

I sent an email informing them of the problem, and was called back pretty promptly to get more information on the issue.

With excellent dialog over email, although I would rather use the phone the problem was resolved within a couple of days by replacing the scooter.

This was my first dealings with The e scooter co, and after the service I received, it won't be the last.
Should anyone ask me where to buy a scooter this is the only place I will recommend.

From ordering to delivery and the subsequent scooter replacement, the service was personal and excellent.
