Ordered two pair as Facebook Ad looked like they were a valid business in the USA. On arrival the sandals were cheap, soft imitation leather and the step in shoe must have been 4 sizes too small. Contacted them and they offered me $8 and keep the shoes or I could send them back to an address in China! Cost of shiping and export fees would have been more than the two shoes I ordered! What a farce and pure rip off!

I ordered a pair of work boots after they advertised steel toe cap and waterproof. Upon receiving them there was no steel toe cap and after walking through my yard after a rain discovered they aren’t waterproof. They are also a size smaller than I ordered. I contacted them by email and was told they wanted an additional $20 to exchange them for the proper size. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Live and learn I suppose. Do not buy from the first young company unless you are into expensive disappointment.

I ordered 2 pair of boots because they were described as steel toe. I ordered them for my husband to wear to work. When we received the boots, they are NOT steel toe. I contacted customer service and their first response was they would offer me 10% off if I purchased something else. The second response was we will give you $3.00 back. Their third response is, we will give you $5.00back. How unprofessional can you be. Can't even use the boots and not spending the mo ey to send them back and wait another 30 days for a answer. Not happy with this company.

These shoes were advertised as "made in USA". Paid $50+ for these shoes. When received, they were too big, and very cheaply made. Not real leather as advertised. They have No insole. No arch support. The soles feel like silicone. I emailed the company to return the shoes and received a lame story about how it would cost ME over $20 to return them to China! Tell all your friends to NOT buy from these crooks!

Definitely the worst shoes I've ever owned. Not at all like advertised. No safety toe at all. The sole is so soft you feel every rock you step on. The insole is not attached to the shoe and rides up the side and forces your foot to roll the shoe over. Used them around the yard for 4 days and the soft sole is already starting to rip. They might be good for driving, but definitely not walking.

I bought two pairs, different sizes, when they arrived they were both the same size, one size bigger than I normally wear. They were advertised as hiking work boots with steel toe caps Kevlar insoles and wide fit. They are tight fit, no steel toe caps, and the thinnest of thin insoles, not Kevlar. I wore these for one day at work, size ten when I normally wear size nine, almost crippled by the end of day and a large hole through the sole of the one I was using to press a spade into the soil I was digging in a garden.
First I was offered 10% discount of another purchase then offered $3 and keep the product. These shoes/boots are not made in USA, they are made in China. I would not trust taking a refund of any kind as I would have to supply bank details. Do not buy, SCAM.

Their shoes and boots are advertised as being made in USA, but they ship from China. Poor quality. Returning them or trying to obtain a refund is nearly impossible. They say they provide a return address, phone number, etc but the only way of contacting them is email, which usually takes 3 X 4 days to get a response from them. After 8-10 emails they will provide you with a return address in China and inform you that the cost to ship them back is prohibitive and they will offer you a 30% refund on your purchase. BEWARE of purchasing shoes or boots from this company.

I ordered shoes from them and they were sized wrong and I couldn't even get them on. I contacted them and got no reply. Then they said to return the shoes, but it was going cost more than I paid to return them. I contacted them again and got no reply again. I contacted AMEX and got my dispute denied. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

48 hour and free returns....what a joke!!! These shoes are not even close to what was pictured or described. They woud not even fit a middle school kid rather than a 12 double wide. BUYER BEWARE FOR SURE!!! THEY WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS.

BUYER BEWARE!! We ordered a pair of shoes and then cancelled within 2 hours (they claim you have 48), but they sent the shoes anyway. We tried to return them and they wanted to charge $20. Despite repeated requests for them to send a return address, they have only gaslighted us (with offers of up to 10% off - ha!), but have NEVER sent an address for us to return them. So we are stuck with boots that arrived to late for our hiking trip and are too small!

Why Facebook will not block this FRAUD Criminal website I do not know. I guess the money. Ive discussed the fact that Facebook should make all of their companies honor warranties in the US. The First Young and Safe Doorbells stole my money and refused to honor their warranty. CHINA FRAUDS CRIMINALS and ASS HOLES. It is companies like these two and many more that give China such a bad name as low end quality, terrible warranty and basically steal from customers

I ordered a pair of sneakers didn't fit on my left foot felt like a bad defect they where the worst I've every had wanted a refund they said they can't pay for shipping back to China they told me to give them to a family member im so mad fu and your Chinese shit

Well, it looks like I am their latest victim. Their website says "Our boots are made in the USA." The shoes I ordered are too small but they said if I want to return them, "return need to be borne by the customer(it will cost nearly 20 USD to ship the item back to China)."
China? WHY CHINA?!
Their website (thefirstyoung.com) also Says "No hassle Return, Return money within 14 days."
Absolute fraud.

This company is fraudulent! Beware!

Ordered these because they are orthopedic in the add. They are not they are so thin you can feel the rocks outside. There is no support. Contacted them and no refund but I can ship back for $20 for a different size. Wish I would have found these reviews first. This is definitely not what was promised or advertised. Run away

Purchased shoes advertised as “prime Italian leather.” This is a lie, they are a man-made vinyl. The return address is convoluted, guaranteeing they will get lost. They refuse to refund the purchase price.
The shoes are NOT LEATHER.

Waited for 5 weeks for delivery. The hiking shoes were advertised as having "Orthopedic wide toe arch support". They are the narrowest shoes I have ever tried to put on my feet. I even bought 1 size larger than my regular size.
The replied that if I was having "size issues" I could give them to a friend.
Total scam. Also, maybe it was a coincidence but we had someone use our credit card for a fraudulent purchase shortly after this online order. STAY AWAY!!!!!
