Straightforward to set up a limited company using The Formations Company although the many (paid for) add-ons to the basic package can be tempting but should not be an issue as long as you know exactly what you want. Excellent communications. You will get some marketing material from third party sources but again, there is no obligation to buy from them. For the price (£9.95), the speed of the service and the clarity of the communications, it is very difficult to find any fault. The bottom line - if you want to set up your own limited company for minimal cost as quickly as possible then The Formations Company achieved this for me.
