I found it really easy to exchange my leftover holiday money. I got an online estimate and the rate changed in my favour before my parcel arrived with them, but I was given the better rate (as promised, they used the rate on the day of arrival). Getting the right postage and envelope was easy at the post office thanks to the clear information. Only improvement would be to tell me how to cancel if I change my mind before posting the cash. I couldn't find this info online

Good service, really quick. Only downside is that they locked the currency rate at the time you complete the form instead of adapt it to the moment they received the payment.

Efficient and fast and the rates were superb you have to pay for postal yourself but that's completely fine worth it in my opinion to save lugging lots of cash around ! Highly recommended

Extremely easy and quick exchange of unused currency carried out. The money was in my bank almost immediately after Thefxcompany received my unused currency. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommended them.

Pays the next day you send. Very fast and even though it says that they might pay out at different rate from the original order, the pay the same rate as you send them.

Very efficient service. I did a postal exchange and the instructions were clear and concise. The money was in my account within three working days of sending. And the exchange rate was much better than over the counter in rural Wales.
