I should have certainly reviewed this company before buying from them. They claim to have sent me an item that I have still not received and for which I would have miraculously signed for while at work. The signature presented is not mine and they hang on to the fact that my name was written on the proof of delivery, which anyone could do given that my name is on the order.
Very disappointing attitude and unhelpful

I ordered a eye lash enhancement serum 4 weeks ago. I still haven't received a confirmation that the order has been processed. I emailed twice to inquiry about my order but have had no replies.
I wish I did my research before I order from this company!!!

I didn’t receive my product. I received no response after multiple requests for support. Exceptionally disappointed! Money lost!!!

I was trying to find Paul Mitchell products online at a readable price and came across this website. Very easy to navagrate. I must admit I didn't look at any reviews but I ordered and within 4 days I received my hair products and they are authentic as to my knowledge they have worked as I read a review saying hers wasn't. I was a bit unsure as I tried to call but the number wasn't working. as my Royal Mail number was registering but my item arrived so it didn't need it in the end. I would definitely use this company again 5 stars

everything was perfect as they promised but only thing is the packaging of shipping was bad as there was no bubble wrap was done and due to that my spray bottle cap was broken for all 5 bottle when i recieved it as they were packed naked in a big box
other then that everything was great

When I first wrote this review, I said I never received the product from this online store. Now I found this review had been changed without my knowledge, from my initial 1 Star negative write up to a 5 star positive comment! (Edited comment as: Very good service and product. Thanks) -> I NEVER WROTE SUCH A THING!

Corresponded with TrustPilot directly after the supplier having issue with my original (negative) review. Below is the first of the eMails which clearly shows my review was not positive!

I never received the product neither the money I payed for it.

What a situation! Very disappointing.

They sell FAKE Mizani products.
I ordered Mizani edge taming gel which is suppose to lay your natural hair edges down.
I have used this product many times in the past and it has always done what it says in the description HOWEVER the one that I bought from the glamour shop had a different smell, different texture and DID not do what it says in the description.
They ignored my email so I had to open a dispute with PayPal.
STAY AWAY from this company.

Sent me the wrong stuff. Never replies to emails Phone number Dead....
2 weeks later ...
So eventually I got an email sent the stuff back and now they won't talk to me so not only do I not have goods I'm out of pocket too.
Utter rubbish company

Have been waiting for months and still not received and no answer to count less emails plus the phone number on the website doesn't work. Do not buy from them 😥

If I could give less than one star then I would. The staff are rude and products that usually have a seal when purchased elsewhere are sold without the seal here. I found the content of the product was different in terms of smell, colour and consistency.

Initially there were issues with postage but after contacting the Glamour Shop this was sorted and product arrived within two days. Very happy with product which arrived well packaged and will be ordering again, despit finding the website a bit hard to navigate

Item took 10 days to arrive. When asked where item was they claimed no order was received despite taking money from PayPal. They then said they had tracked parcel down but it arrived 4 days after Christmas so sister missed her gift. The hair curler arrived with a 2 pin plug and can't even be used as supplied. Poor all round.

can't delete this review....help- wrong company automatically came up and I didn't realise....

Very good price for an excellent product. I will definitely shop here again.

I've purchased form The Glamour Shop before and found the products and service excellent.
