Still waiting on customer services replying to the message i left when they didnt pick up. I cannot activate the card i received as the app says the code is invalid. The code entered was checked and is as supplied to the card purchaser.
The system is over complicated and customer service is poor, although in fairness they do seem to have an awful lot of complaints to handle. My advice is to avoid this card.

Received gift card through employer, but cannot pay for my online purchases with it, everytime states declined, but card been activated correctly. When trying to contact customer services, asks me for purchaser email address ( which I don't have ) so I'm stuck with 100f that I cannot spend on what I want.

Received a card as a gift. Activated it as instructed but every time I try to use it, it is declined. Have rang them twice and had to leave messages and also emailed but nobody has got back to me. My card expires in July so I am at a loss as to what to do. Not impressed with customer service.

They said it takes a working day. It lasted a week, no card or money back.

I bought a virtual gift card for a friend's birthday. Two weeks passed, the card was not received. Security measures are invoked for a transaction of 100 pounds. Two weeks, it must be a bad joke or they use our money for other purposes. Avoid this lying company. A gift must be a gift. Don't make fun of us!

"Support" staff are rude and ignorant in the reply to my question regarding concerens about thier banking details and responses from website during transactions.

The name the provide for thier bank does not match the name the account is registered to and thier respsone when asked all of this was: "I would advise you to do the bank transfer, and yes, the baking details are correct! It is provided by our open banking, again, as an anti-fraud measure"

I did not ask them if i should do the bank transfer, the banking details provided being told are correct does not is anyway shape or form answer my question as to why the name provided does not match what the bank check does.

Throwing anti-fraud lines to justify site inability to take payments and why your bank name does not match whats on your account is just a pathetic bit of customer support. But looking at your reviews thats the expected level of ability from your staff

Edit 18 March: Please note thier reply to this review. How they have already told me.....note how they have no addressed my actual review and do not acknowledge or address the fact they provide incorrect bank details nor how thier staff are rude and ignorant...

Great customer service. Had an issue retrieving my pin so I contacted customer service and Tom helped me every step of the way. Issue solved and nothing was too much effort. Highly recommend.

These cards are a hassle to use. It wasn't accepted by the online retailer I wanted to use it with and when I contacted support they told me just to shop elsewhere...

Getting the money off of it is hard work by design, you can't use it to top-up a Paypal acc or something more useful and if you forget the PIN they will charge you to remind you.

Difficulty accessing card. Tried for days until I sat down long enough to read all the information.
Hopefully now it's activated I'll be able to spent the money.

Both times I have had to work with your company by email and each time it was Tom who ,very quickly, saw what the main problem was and sorted it out quickly.

My children received cards as a Christmas present from a relative in New Zealand. We tried to download the app on our android devices but could only get so far as the app only seems fully compatible with apple. Couldn't take pic of card/app didn't function correctly.
Trying to get the access code was very frustrating. We had emails directly to us with login passwords but the access code ended up in the hands of our relative in New Zealand in her junk mail. Seems very disjointed. Definitely some fine tuning needed to work smoothly for the recipient. Haven't tried to use it yet...

I purchased a gift card for my parents for christmas. I went to activate the card and the cardportal was unable to verify and activate my card based on the details on my card and in the activation email. I then downloaded the cardportal app to try that way, and the app crashed every time I put my information in. I then downloaded the theirperfectgift app and it requires me to take a picture of the card, which my mother has, and I live nowhere near. I am currently emailing back and forth trying to resolve this (11 total emails and counting) and it is VERY frustrating how much time I've had to spend on something as simple as activating a card, and it is STILL not activated....

I tried the website on two devices at least 5 times each, I downloaded and tried both apps as suggested (the cardservices app which crashed every time, and the theirperfectgift app which needed me to take a photo of a card that wasnt in my posession) to no avail, and I had a 20-long email conversation trying to activate it. Dont paint me as the problem here, as you kept trying to do during the email conversation. I can post the discussion we had if you want to go there.

General purchasing experience was very positive and the questions we had following up were dealt with fast and efficiently by a great customer service / back office team

i would never buy nothing from them its a very poor customer services, very rude mean personal with the name Teresa, she was so rude i feel that im asking not for my gift card i felt like im borrowing money from her. i waited for more than 24 hours than they cancell the order

I had issues with retrieving my pin and when I emailed them, it was all delbt with quickly and promptly. Very helpful staff

Customer Service was really quick to respond when asked to resend an activation code. Thank you for your help.

Just got my card in the morning and thought nothing off it . till I got too the end and I did have an active code . so I thought it will be send my email but it never came . OK uninstalled the app 2 times .till I have up and contacted the help one . straight away a guy could Richard help me out asap . much love to this man . thanks again my g
