The Landlord Group Reviews

After seeing some great Google reviews I contacted The Landlord Group for advice on evicting tenants back in January. The team certainly live up to their reviews!
Chris, Marianne, Jordan and Afra (apologies if I have missed anyone) are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A special shout out to Marianne who seems to work all hours including weekends! I would definitely recommend The Landlord Group!

Used the land lord group for an eviction process , they have been professional always answers questions when things were not clear . Afra has helped and kept us informed through every step of the process.

Excellent service and kept me up-to-date with the way my case was proceeding.
Everyone I spoke to was very polite and very professional

Outstanding service. Worth every penny !!
No fuss, no hassles and they did what they said they would do.
A special thank you to Afra Riaz who made it a completely stress free experience and to my mind went above and beyond. Thank You.

A very stressful time with an unpaying tenant. Taking the matter to the Landlord Group helped me get my property back aided by Jordan Taylor. The whole eviction process was necessary as the tenant was extremely stubborn. I feel I have had a great weight lifted and rolled my sleeves up to repair my repossesed property which is starting to look good again. Big thanks Jordan and team.

We consulted with Marianne at the Landlord Group recently, as our tenants refused to move out after serving section 21. She was sooo incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and professional in all her dealings with us. She was very personable and took so much to explain the complexity of our situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other landlords with issues.

I just repossessed my London property with Landlord Group's help. Being a foreign owner, it was absolutely a nightmare with my tenant using my property for illegal subletting through various websites and not paying any rental to me. This went on for close to a year. Initially engaged a pretty well known legal firm to help but other than paying alot of fees for useless advice or worst contradicting advice between the solicitor and the barrister when it went to court, it was a complete nightmare. Through GOD's will, I chanced upon Landlord Group and decided to give it a try since it has a fixed fee system with very reasonable fees. I was very impressed with the Group as they know what they are doing, very efficient, very professional. My special thanks to Bethany and Christopher who helped me with my case. They helped end my nightmare with my repossession on 19 May 2026.

I have been through some difficult time with tenants that not only did not pay the rent but also was saying to neighbor's that the owned my property and they well planning to sell it. Julian and Elle helped me follow the process all the way until the bailiff date. They helped and advised me and they were very patient with all my questions. They are very professional and they will get the results you expect to get. I strongly recommend them. Make sure you have a solicitor like Julian and Elle and you don.t have to worry, just be patient with the process

Marianne was great. Very calm, professional and experienced. She gave very sensible advice at a time that is very stressful for a landlord.
Marianne was easy to contact and very thorough in her work.
Obviously it cost me, but I think that the charges were overall reasonable.
I'm so glad I used the landlord group as I could easily have made mistakes and the tenant could have taken advantage of those mistakes.
Thanks Marianne.

I honestly cannot recommend the Landlord Group highly enough. They supported us through an extremely long, stressful and complex eviction process, and without their guidance and reassurance we simply would not have managed it.

From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, realistic and supportive — never sugar-coating the situation, but always explaining our options clearly and helping us make informed decisions. When the eviction escalated and ultimately required enforcement through the High Court Enforcement Officer, their advice and experience became absolutely invaluable.

What stood out most was the reassurance. When things dragged on and felt overwhelming, they reminded us that what we were experiencing wasn’t unusual and that there was a clear process to follow, even when it felt endless. That alone made a huge difference.

Professional, experienced, and genuinely supportive — we wouldn’t have got through it without them.

We have required to used the Landlord Group's services a couple of times and always very professional, prompt and friendly service. Excellent service

The Landlord Group are, without doubt, the best eviction solicitors in the UK. Chris Sharpe and his colleagues are truly incredible and have an amazing level of attention to detail.
I was initially with another firm, but I suspected something was wrong and got advice from the Landlord Group and they took over and spotted errors that I had not even realized.

My case handler was Jordan, and he was fantastic from start to finish. Our eviction case involved a tenant who had gained the tenancy through fraud, and therefore it was not a run-of-the-mill eviction. But thanks to the Landlord Group we got an amazing result.

Marianne and Elle have been excellent at supporting me through understanding and serving a S21. Truly excellent, professional, thorough, knowledgable and acting promptly. Cant thank them enough.

The Landlord Group, particularly Eve Osborne, provided exceptional service. We were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, efficiency and clear guidance throughout the eviction process. They were prompt and patient, making the situation easier to navigate. We felt well-informed and confident in them handling our case. We highly recommend their speciality services to any landlord

If I could rate 6 stars I would! Thoroughly exceptional service, they know every aspect of property law. I had used a company before them who had no idea. Chris and the landlord group are fantastic and offer clear routes to a problem Tennant eviction. Thank you!

I have just used this company to help with an eviction and I want to say they are professional in all aspects of the process. Communication was clear, easy, and prompt. They handled my entire eviction process efficiently from start to finish, arranging court appearances on my behalf and then arranging for the bailiffs to handle the eviction without any issues whatsoever. They take a lot of the stress out of the process and provide a lot of peace of mind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and experienced eviction service. In particular I would like to thank Eve Osborne who was just outstanding during the entire process.

We cannot praise or recommend The Landlord Group enough. Excellent, very helpful service, excellent communication and excellent professional support throughout the whole process of retrieving our property back. From start to finish their service is fast, efficient and effective, we would like to thank the whole team but in particular Jordan for his contribution and commitment with our case.
