Several days ago, I placed an order (#89030L) on a positively reviewed device on TheLaShop. Shipping was extremely fast, but unfortunately, the device was defective.

I reported the problem by email to TheLaShop's customer service and they immediately created a corresponding case. Several hours later, I was phone contacted by the customer service representative. Finally, a couple of hours late, I got a full refund for my order. Thank you, TheLaShop.

Wow... When I read the reviews... I was worried. I was looking for wheels for a office chair and TheLAShop had a set for $12 and provided free shipping. I decided to risk it... Used a payment method I knew would back me up if this all when bad. However, just received the package of wheels and they are nice... On the chair I am setting in... Delivered 2 days after the order was placed! My experience with TheLAShop was as good as it gets. Based on my experience I would recommend.

I placed an order in 11/2018. I never received my order. Just scam company.

I lost my money!!! I bought an article for almost $ 70, it was for a gift so when I arrived I did not try it, when the person who received my gift with great joy wanted to use it, it was a surprise that did not work. This was in another country so I had to bring it back and guess what? I contacted customer service to get it changed and their first response was that I did not have any details of the purchase, I sent them a screenshot of the order and then they told me they did not understand my claim to make a video, I sent it and then I did not get it Any answer .... The frustration because nobody responds I lost almost $ 70. It is a little serious application, take care of your money.

DO NOT order from this company. They are scammers!!!!!!! I ordered a shampoo bowl and head rest which was already used. The items were not in the original package, a lot of wear and tears. Screws were rusty and the item looked nasty 🤢 Took several pictures and requested my money 💰 back and have not received a response yet. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. IF ZERO WAS A RATE SCORE THEY WILL DEFINITELY GET IT. SO UPSET THAT I WASTED $77.00. NEED MY MONEY BACK.🤬🤬🤬

Never again from these crooks. THe very quickly take your money, and claim thatat product has been sent from their European Stock. 2 Months on I am still waiting for my item. Writing to their email adress gets a DNS Error, Their Website has a 404 message, and the shipping details sent to me via an sms says that this currier (the one that they have used) does not exist.

Luckily I have paid by Paypal, and have informed them of everything. They are investigating the company

I read all these horrid reviews after making a purchase from the la shop. Leaving terrified that I had just wasted $80. Thankfully my La Shop experience turned out well, actually excellent. The product shipped the day I submitted my order. The product arrived in 5 days. The product was packaged well. The product, a personal portable steam sauna, I ordered was exactly as I expected. Glad I ordered the product before reading the reviews!! I also saved $20 as they had a better price then amazon.

The LA Shop has great prices and free shipping. I have placed 2 orders and the items were received quickly and great quality. I had to contact customer service after my first order because I wasn't aware of the Freebie feature and they shipped my freebie to me within 24 hours. Great customer service!!

I purchased a towel warmer that was suppose to hold 10 towels and it was so small that it could only hold one towel (not a spa towel either) I purchased one as a gift and one for myself. The gift was received first and the recepient asked me what. Should they do with it since it was so small for Towels. Mine arrived shortly after and I was embarrassed that I sent one as a gift. I tried to get a credit back from them since it was not as they said even in the booklet inside the packaging.
Their customer service had a bad attitude and the return policy of charging the customer the return shipment and a restocking charge of 15%.
I will never purchase from them again.

There was a shipping error with my order so there company emailed me. I reply. Asap. There office called my within 24 hrs... There service and kindness is the best. Thanks Pauline.. I will and do recommend this company to anyone .. dont let reviews mislead you ... because of a issue wasn't what you order or. You didn't like it ..... I enjoy and love the item I order. Will do more business in the near future..

I have been so misinformed with their product and return.
I have been shopping for a canopy replacement for my Tiki hut Gazebo Model it is a 10x12 from Lowes. I called LAShop and had spoke to a
representative that told me after informing her with what i need and what I have confidently, securely that if its a 10x12 it should fit. product came in sooner than expected but it did not fit. called it in left messages. finally got an email response only to be misinformed again about returns... I suggest make it clear guys!!! double, triple x2 check or you'll spend your money only to find out you have to send them back!--very unsatisfying first time customer, very unhappy customer.--

I only wish I had read the reviews earlier. Watch for customer gouging!

woooow....received one wrong product, one broken...tried to call few days in a row..voice mail only, left voice mail...no call back from them....what a junk company and products....wasted $80

Order was shipped late. Then they blamed late delivery on shipments not going out over the weekend. I ordered it on a Monday and it was not shipped until Thursday. Took 4 days to get an email response. I do not recommend ordering from them.

We purchased illuminated menus from this company only 10 months ago. We only use them three times a week and they are already breaking. After leaving several emails and messages for the company we finally got an email back that basically told us to order new ones and that they only stand behind their products for $30. The wires on the product were so thin it is a wonder they did not cause a fire. They have not returned our most recent calls. The customer service is very lacking and their product is poorly made. BUYER BEWARE

Was going to order fence screen but saw reviews and decided not to. As a contractor one bad review is to be expected, you always have that one person you can't please. But when all are bad......

I agree with all the negative reviews above, and like others, would rate this company 0 stars if able to. Their customer service is terrible and they will not take responsibility for their poor quality, in my case, dangerous items that they ship out. I spent a long time on the phone talking to "Jeannie" - I don't know if that's her real name as she wouldn't give me her full name, or any other names of managers in the store. She promised me one thing on the phone, only to email and retract the promise. I can't understand how this company can still be in business, and would suggest that all prospective customers go elsewhere.

Terrible and unprofessional company. I don't even know how they haven't been shut down yet. If you want to spend almost 200 dollars on a poor quality product then not be able to get anyone on the phone to get a refund, feel free to shop here. Everything about them is low quality, especially their products. The shipping box came looking like it was reused and was practically falling apart and I'm sure I just introduced a nasty bed bug infestation into the office.
