Positive Experience
I ordered a large number of bulbs from this company this week. I found their website easy to navigate and provided all the information I needed to make a good choice. I opted for next day delivery - the courier company ParcelForce notified me that I wouldn't get them next day (a disappointment) so I contacted The Light Bulb Company. I was dealt with promptly by Sonja who was apologetic but also proactive and contacted PF to ensure that I had them by the following morning latest. Her communication and manner were excellent and I felt taken care of. The happy ending was they arrived when she pressed them to deliver by. It's often only when things go a little awry (particularly these days with delivery and returns) do you see the true colours of a company. This is in my book is a good one and I will be a return customer.

When I needed to return the light…
When I needed to return the light bulbs,which I had ordered (incorrect size, my fault) your service was second to none.
Telephone was answered at once, I was helped by Charlie to go through the process to get a returns label.
All I can say ,as a person who also ran a family firm, is excellent.Well done
P.S. As yet still waiting for my refund.!!

Brilliant company
Brilliant company. I have an old, well loved bedside lamp using old style incandescent candle bulbs. I’d run out of my supply of these bulbs and was in danger of not being able to use the lamp. The new candle bulbs were too fat to fit. I went on line to chat. A very helpful assistant gave me a link to a bulb designed to fit ‘vintage’ lamps. The bulb fits perfectly and looks great too, with filaments that look like the stamen of a flower. I am so pleased that I can keep using my lamp.

Good website and no problem at all dealing with the company.
First time I have dealt with this company and it was on line. The website looked very good and gave good information. I placed the order and it was delivered by the post office and arrived 2 days later.
I had no problem and would deal with them again in the future.

Great staff, shame about the supporting technology (web & phone)
I had problems re-ordering on their web site, problems trying to create an account and problems trying to order by phone, none of which were successful. But, once I was able to speak to a member of staff the service was professional, helpful, efficient and the order was quickly delivered.
