I ordered the twist natural fit cot bed mattress, protector and 2 sheets at £256. However upon reviewing the mattress and fitting it into our cot I realised that I had been sent the wrong size. The protector and sheets however came on a different Day. The packaging that these came in was damaged and ripped leaving the contents exposed.
After going backwards and forwards for 5 days on email, I eventually ended up ringing them to resolve the matter where they finally agreed to send a replacement. The delivery I was told would be in 2 days time on a Friday however I wasn’t given a delivery time and was told it could be anywhere between 8am and 6pm. This was the same with the return which was to be collected by currier on the following Monday. I was told yet again that I would not have a specific time it would just be between the hours of 8am and 6pm however if the currier wasn’t able to make it that day then I’d have to wait in on the Tuesday until they had been. This wouldn’t be so bad not for the fact that I have a 3 month old infant who is also suffering from having to stay in not 2 but maybe 3 days to sort an issue that wasn’t our fault. How is this classed as being acceptable and why should I have to be the one to sacrifice my time and sit in the house all day with an infant to wait for a currier that may not come. All in all for the amount of money I spent the service I got wasn’t adequate or acceptable. I wasn’t even offered any form of compensation for the troubles caused from both the faulty and wrong items sent or the inconvenience of having to wait for the currier for possibly 3 days

I contacted LGS on Instagram as the handles of our our basket had become frayed. I received a very prompt response from Demi who was incredibly helpful and after confirming a few details, sent a replacement to arrive within 1-2 days. Incredible customer service and many thanks to this particular member of the team. Highly recommend their products anyway and especially now following such excellent service.

I cannot fault the customer service from Little Green Sheep. With baby brain I managed to order the wrong size mattress. I rang the returns number on the website and Liv responded to my call. She supported me with the collection of the old mattress and delivery of the new mattress. She has been brilliant from beginning of my request to the end. Customer service has been superb! One star too many for this company. Ordered a cot through another retailer. Item arrived damaged. The reputable retailer has been trying to resolve with them with no joy whatsoever. I've been informed that they are unable to quality check stock (cots) before sending it out to the customer. With baby due imminently and waiting 2.5 months for a resolution, I reached out to them directly, explaining where the cot was purchased to see if they could help. After requesting unnecessary information and multiple emails, first they offered to help and try and resolve, then they then redirected me back to the other retailer- despite their initial offer to look in to and try and resolve. I've now been waiting 10 weeks for a cot- two damaged ones later and far too much stress- the lovely designs simply aren't worth the stress and the hassle. I'm still without a cot! If you want your cot to arrive in time, I suggest purchasing before you see that positive line on the pregnancy test, even then, I'd have little hope and faith in this company being able to deliver!

I have a few of the little green sheep products, primarily mattress protectors and sheets and we love the quality however this review is for customer service.
I placed an order a few days ago and my payment was flagged by the payment provider (foreign card) and I was contacted by customer service who checked that I want to carry on with processing the order and provided me with another payment method (Demi was the one who helped me).
I generally don’t post a review just for customer service however at the same time I was going through a horrible experience with customer service from another company so the contrast made it worth it! I can’t wait to receive our package and I will be visiting the little green sheep again!

I bought a mattress to fit the Chicco next to me, it was perfect. I loved knowing that my boy was sleeping on natural materials and that he had a comfy but totally safe mattress. I also bought a couple of mattress protectors. As a FTM I had no idea how much little ones pee at all hours of the night and day so I ended up going back for more, and some for my bassinet. They’re a godsend and I send them to mums to be now. Again they’re safe and not sweaty like plastic ones. They wash brilliantly too.
I’ve sized up to a cotbed mattress and didn’t hesitate to pick Little Green Sheep. Nothing but the best for my gorgeous boy!

Had a great customer service experience when my payment was automatically been rejected by the system, Demi was a great help and offered alternative solutions and resolved the issue and my order is being processed, many other brand wouldn't even care as i experienced before.

Their products are the best, I've got the moses basket in linen colour, mattress protector and sheets couldn't be happier. Thanks Demi for your help

We have ordered a few things for our baby from The Little Green Sheep including the Twist Mattress and have been absolutely delighted with the products and the service, there was a small fault on one of the bedsheets we ordered and I spoke to Liv at customer services who was incredibly helpful, really professional and polite and sorted everything out within 24 hours. So grateful for her help and her quick resolution of the issue. We look forward to ordering more items in the winter from this store. Thank you Liv!

Got bought something by a friend and the items are tarnishing, I asked for info on the material and asked if they could contact their manufacture to ask for advice. They couldn’t, they said without proof of purchase they couldn’t help (although tall branding care labels confirm it’s their product) they won’t help on the advice. Didn’t ask for a exchange or refund just asked for product knowledge and material advice from their product team or manufacture. Wasn’t able to help me at all .. overall very disappointed due the expense my fiend went to for these items. Shame the customer service isn’t better

After the courier company failed to deliver my goods, Nikki and Demi at The Little Green Sheep swiftly and professionally dealt with a replacement order. They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience despite there having been inconveniences beyond their control. Their customer care and communication has been excellent and as a result I’ll definitely be recommending the store to friends and family alike. Thank you ladies!

Nikki was incredibly quick and efficient at resolving my issue. I had placed an order and paid for nominated day delivery, specifically because I was moving house and wanted the mattress delivered the day after we moved in. The courier company sent an email 6 days before my chosen date to inform me the package was out for delivery (to my new house that I don't even have keys for). Because I was looking after our 1 year old I didn't have time to call so sent an email to customer services and Nikki responded within 30 minutes to apologise and say she'd sort it out with the courier. She rebooked our delivery to the day we requested and got it all sorted which really relieved my stress around having to deal directly with the courier myself. Excellent customer service.

Great product and great customer service
I purchased mattresses for both cot bed and pram from Little Green Sheep, they are among the best quality in the market. I did order a wrong size and requested an exchange, ladies at customer service are extremely helpful. Our little one enjoyed the mattress a lot too.

Purchased Twist Natural Cot Bed Mattress and mattress protectors as John Lewis was out of stock. The quality of the product surpassed any imagination. I expected it to be good as it was hand made and there were countless positive reviews. But the mattress was so good that I wanted to use it instead of the baby (albeit as a cushion rather than bed mattress..) The price is definitely on the high end in the market but I believe it is worth every penny of the price. The protector was also of great quality as well.

There was slight miscommunication with delivery as DX (delivery firm) updated it as delivered without actually making the delivery. I got in touch with The Little Green Sheep and got through to the customer services quickly (none of those 30mins+ waiting time that you may have with some other firms..). Nikki then understood the issue quickly and assured me of a resolution to the issue. And the next day, DX delivered the item. Their excuse was that they updated to delivered by mistake due to heavy traffic but no apology was made. Still didnt understand why they would update it as delivered rather than delay... I would guess its related to their performance review. Regardless, Nikki was able to resolve it quickly and I received the items without any damage in good packaging.

Very prompt to respond to a small issue with my original purchase. Good customer service, would definitely recommend this company.

I made a complete hash of an on-line order but even though it was a Bank Holiday weekend Nikki sorted it for me. Wonderful Customer Service gratefully appreciated.

I can't recommend this company more highly! I ordered a mattress to go with our Snuzkot and mattress protector, the quality was second to none and delivery was swift and hassle free.

However, we did have to return our goods which happened to be no fault of The Little Green Sheep. Our Snuzkot ordered from John Lewis was not up to scratch so we had to return it, meaning the mattress and protector had to be sent back too.

The returns process was made easy by the lovely sales representative Demi who was more than helpful and attentive to my needs as a person expecting a child soon.

I will definitely be ordering from The Little Green Sheep again.
