Alquile un Server para CSGO, me envian el correo de creacion del servidor al dia 2 pero sin el nombre de usuario y no puedo iniciar el server. Llevo 3 dias Esperando y escribi ya 3 tickets a soporte y nada que responden pesimo Atencion al cliente

Now, I've been using TheMinecraftHosting for a far bit to have Minecraft Servers on and off. Recently I purchased a server on the 4th of September as much as it hurts me to say this but the support I had wasn't really the best I got left out of the loop after x amount of messages (I understand they are trying to fix a problem but I needed to know that the company didn't just run away with my money) Unfortunately was not getting anywhere after running around for about nearly 3 weeks I was finally able to get this sorted. The reason I have still given this review a high rating is because
1 you just won't find hosting anywhere as cheap as TheMinecraftHosting

2 as a programmer and IT tech support myself I do know that sometimes you will encounter errors that you or no one has ever seen before

They canceled my server without explanation after less then a week, i had spent over $150 USD on it and when i asked for a refund they declined it because it had "been over 24 hours since i paid for the server" i suspect they waited to do this so i could not refund it since they didnt tell me it was canceled and i had to make a ticket to ask! This is a total scam!

When i first bought ther sesrvice / server i had some problems with the server. I then made a ticket on their website but nothing happend. after that i tryed getting a refund. I created a ticket through paypal, where i said i wanted a refund. Then as a massage back from TheMinecraftHosting: Make another ticket on their website. Close this dispute because your service will be terminated. After that i thought i just lost my money and the service i wanted. But after ca 2-3 months, their sending mails with overdue invoices. Ive tryed creating tickets on their website but no awnser from them. Pluss its saying i have to pay for "Late Fee"

I had a lot of servers hosted on various hosting companies but in this one i'm having the best experience with the support team, they're fast and polite, the best of the best.

Dashboard is not working

The Dashboard Doesn't work I had content Them on tickets they had a week without reply + there's some leggy on the server beacuse The ip is once for every server like the dashboard ip is same for the server can anyone d2os The Server And Get off. pls Do not Buy this even if is cheap

Mi servidor 6Gb, redstone plan, corre perfecto. El panel de control es muy bueno y facil usarlo.

HORRIBLE
Pésimo servicio, atención al cliente, y servidores, sale mucho más a cuenta ir a otro servicio de host aunque más caro. Son estafadores y ladrones.

My friends and I have been renting a server from these guys for soon to be 2 months. In this time frame the server has been down for a WHOLE week, with them ignoring all the tickets send in and now later on, the server is down again for 4 days at the time of writing this review and so far they have ignored all tickets again. i cannot recommend this company as they are simply ignoring their customers. when the servers do work, it has been running mostly as expected, with minor lag mostly due to buying the cheaper package i presume.

Promesas vacías, alquile un servidor tubo problemas por una hipotética migración y me dejaron sin servidor un par de semanas y después dicen que serán días extra por lo sucedido y desactivan el servidor al final del mes sin avisar ni dar los días perdidos.

Two weeks ago I have been waiting for a solution to a platform failure. They do not answer tickets. They do not inform. They steal your money.

Que pésima atención al cliente, llevo 6 días sin poder iniciar mi server porque me lo suspendieron, por un doble pago que ocurrió, cree un caso en Paypal, me dieron el crédito y me pidieron que cancele el caso de Paypal para volver activar el servicio, lo hice, cancele el caso mandé la ID la cual es "PP-R-AJG-493141330".
Después de enviar la ID no obtuve ninguna respuesta por parte del soporte. Han pasado 6 días y no me han respondido. Según ustedes el soporte es 24/7 y es súper rápido. Espero que de esta forma obtener alguna respuesta por parte de ustedes. Lo único que deseo es que me activen el servicio.

Actualización: me reactivaron el servicio y todo funciona con normalidad.

Tardan mucho tiempo en responder los tickets, luego ahorita estoy teniendo problemas con 3 de mis servidores los cuales "no tienen conexión a internet" por lo que no pueden iniciar la network
