I started RehabFix 4 months ago to try to find relief from severe sciatica pain. I had been trying PT, chiropractor, red light therapy, hyperbaric therapy, and have even seen on orthopedic surgeon and tried a cortisone injection. Nothing helped, and actually each failed treatment seemed to make the pain worse.

I scheduled a consult with Rehab Fix as a last ditch effort to try to avoid surgery. I was very skeptical that something I found on social media would help, but I had already tried everything else. I am so thankful I did!

My pain went from a 10 where the pain my back and glute was constant to now I am able to enjoy my life and family activities again pain free.

The coaches have been great to tailor the program to help relieve symptoms and are now helping me to build strength. They are quick to respond when I have questions and are always knowledgeable and encouraging.

I highly recommend to RehabFix to anyone who has been suffering with sciatica pain. Your health is worth the investment.

I started the rehab fix sciatica program just two days ago and already I feel measurable improvement. Not only in my lower back, but also in deferred pain I've carried in my shoulder for months. That might sound unrelated but the way this program targets the whole kinetic chain makes sense to me from a bio mechanical perspective. It's not generic content. It's structured, progressive and clearly rooted in clinical experience.

What stands out most is that I have not injured myself. That might sound like a low bar, but as someone who often flares up or crashes within the first day of starting new routines, this is actually a huge milestone for me. The pacing is smart. The queueing is precise, and the exercises are clearly designed to restore function without overwhelming the system.

It's still too early to call it life-changing but for the first time in my life, I am looking forward to showing up again for my body for the third day in a row tomorrow.

Woke up one day and couldn’t walk. Was the worst day of my life. Thinking it would just go away I later found out I had a herniated disc of the L5 S1. Medication and painkillers just weren’t cutting it. I came across rehab fix and it was the beginning to my journey of rehabilitation. These guys know what they’re doing and we’re spot on from day one at the initial consult. Each injury is different but for discs I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The content that they share is life-changing and the programs that they offer is life-saving. Listen to these guys they know what they’re doing. Follow them their content is amazing. I can finally say today I’m pain-free. This wasn’t an easy task as it was a lot of hard work and dedication but if you stick to a plan, you can be back to where you were before your injury and not be scared to use your back again. Thanks again! I’m a big fan and will continue to tune into this content as dr grant is always sharing new and good movements daily !

I recently completed the lower back program with Josh as my coach. I had a very positive experience and am pain free after having had significant back pain and sciatica for a very long time and trying everything imaginable to help improve my lower back situation. The decrease in symptoms came after months of exercise and consistent communication with Josh.. the communication piece can’t be emphasized enough! After the first couple of months I was still feeling some symptoms and was getting frustrated. Josh was determined to get to the root of the lingering problem and test out many different exercises and stretches to help alleviate the symptoms. He is extremely knowledgeable in lower back mechanics. He even gave me advice on an unrelated muscular issue that I was having. The program is definitely expensive but to me was worth it. I am finally able to return to my daily activities and live life without pain. I am also equipped with the knowledge of what to do if I experience any future lower back pain. Thank you Josh!

On behalf of the Strongman Champions League ,strongman society and myself I want to thank Dr Grant Elliot for the great help with his lower-back treatment. We followed his programm and is easy to follow with nice results. Also the help and personal contact in case of any problems is fantastic covered and very open. We hope they can help you too, whoever will follow the programm.

Just had a "free" consultation call, and all I experienced in the free call was high pressure sales rap to sign up for a $97 consult. I asked why they advertise free consultation and was basically accosted to pay the $97.00 to the point where the sales person said "just don't drink your star bucks for 2 weeks and you'll be able to afford it!" How insulting. First of all I don't drink star bucks, secondly it's not the point. Your ads say "free consult". So I came here to see that many others have experienced the same thing and that the exercises are generic and overly costly. Warning, these guys don't seem to care at all.

They had a great knowledge of what I was struggling with and how to make it better.

I worked with Josh and he was always willing to help me with whatever questions I had.

He was honest and kind throughout the whole journey.
I'm looking forward to the future years without back pain!!

I am a full time personal trainer with a decent knowledge base of low back related issues. I ended up with what I believed was a herniated disc a week ago and came across the doctor/business owner's episode on The Model Health Show. I liked what I heard (I listened with a grain of salt of course), and ended up scheduling a 15 min discovery call which seemed fine enough. I was okay with paying the $97 for the 1 hour assessment call so I did.

The assessments he had me go through were incredibly basic, as well as the exercises he took me through. These were things I was already doing, but in a more effective way for my body.

The price for the first 3 months alone for their basic and easily google-able program was a whopping $4,500. In no world is it worth that much money and it angers me people who know less about these things could be desperate and in enough pain to fall for paying that much. They put a lot of pressure on you to spend the money.

I'm not saying the exercises were bad. They were just simply not worth the price. And to try to say they can help you avoid EVER having low back issues again, its simply a lie and impossible to guarantee.

ETA: The doctor/business owner reached out to me via text following him seeing this review. We had a back and forth exchange where he first offered a free program and refund of the $97, but only if I took this review down. Our text exchange included him accusing me of blackmail and attacking his staff when I did neither of those things. Im only adding this because he flagged this review, and its now at risk of being taken down unless I added more info.

He gaslights unsatisfied customers publicly so if he does so here, just know I am only giving my honest experience. He never refunded me, and at the price he charges for his programs, my $97 should be a drop in the bucket. Please don't fall for his false promises, or overpaying for this program. I have screenshots to prove our convo but truly am not interested in further conflict. Just don't want people to be scammed.

I joined Rehab Fix because of the constant pain in my lumbar spine as a result of a herniated disc. I was looking for a Rehab program that targeted the herniated disc and I found it in Rehab Fix. The exercises in the lower extremities helped to centralize my herniated disc.
Also, I had two great coaches Josh & Jonathan. Josh coached me for the first 12 weeks and Jonathan coached me the remaining 12 weeks.

My range of motion has improved drastically. I’m back to doing calisthenics and getting an occasional good run in. My trainer was very helpful and provided me with the tools I needed to succeed

Hi, my name Ronny Johnson. I came across Grant's sample pain and sciatica relief videos and decided to try the exercises. I was in traction and in excruciating pain and could barely move. But after I did 5 of the exercises that Grant had demonstrations of, I found quick relief like you would never believe. I'm up and walking without pain. My fiancee saw what happened and she decided to try them out and she too feels amazing and has no pain when she moves around and about. We thank you guys so much. I just completed a 12-week program with Josh as my coach. Josh was great from start to finish, and especially when I had a setback about half-way through, which was quickly analyzed and overcome. I’m not “bulletproof” yet—I need a few more months on the program, I think—but I am grateful for the significant progress I’ve made since day one, and for the way Josh coached me through it.

Tim was knowledgeable and understanding. I could not have asked for a better consultation. I've been out of work 6 wks today and I'm relatively new to the pain and suffering of sciatica, but when I say it has brought me to tears, to my knees, and running to the ER. This is no exaggeration!!
