Rehab Fix is a remarkable company in that Dr. Grant gives loads of incredible free content that has made a huge difference in my day to day life. He is upfront about his full program costing money but he also stands by the fact that it's effective and will be worth it. I did the initial consult and when it became clear that our finances would not allow enrollment, Grant was gracious and understanding and encouraged me to continue following his socials for the content he was offering to everyone.

He is honest, caring, and, above all ,truly excellent at what he does. The moment my family can manage the full program, I will enroll.

RehabFix and grants advice fixed my sciatica issue in my left leg within 30 minutes. I had been suffering for five days with excruciating sciatica in my left leg and glute. I found Grant’s stretch routine on YouTube for addressing sciatica. I did the leg stretch against the wall and the kneeling stretches against the chair. Did the exercises for about 10 minutes and immediately the sciatica pain was relieved. I was concerned that it might come back, but it never came back and the pain was 100% gone after those exercises. I’m still good. Save me a visit to an orthopedic doctor and potential very expensive imaging tests on my lower back. Thanks Grant for solving my issue and for saving me a lot of money!

Dr Grant and the information he gives has been tremendous in helping me relieve my lower back pain. I’ve now gone 4 months without a flare up and can do activities without issue, that would normally put me down for a few days. First off, Thank you Coach Alec. It has been a pleasure working with you during my rehab. This program has completely opened my eyes to how movement is the key to eliminating pain. I initially signed up for the 3 month program and then signed up for an additional 3 months to help strengthen my back further. This company is on their game! They know what they’re doing and I will forever be grateful. I am back living my life and back pain is now a second thought. I have had back problems since I was 12. I bruised my coccyx bone, ever since then I’ve had issues with my strength/posture/stiffness/mobility and generally feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. A couple of years ago I started experiencing sciatica. Mostly on my left side but my right side bothered me at times. Since then I’ve went to pt, massage, acupuncture and chiropractors. I didn’t get full relief from any of those methods. The rehab fix exposed me to movements and exercises that pt and chiropractor never did. And this was week after week! I’m at the point now where I don’t have a choice but to keep challenging myself and really bulletproof my body from ever feeling this pain again. I know that I can do that because since working with Alec I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to reference. Not to mention when you start branching out on your own you gain confidence to try new movements. Some other reviewers on here have talked about how much it costs. Is it expensive? In my opinion yes it is. What’s also expensive are mountains of medical bills because your body is prematurely breaking down, can’t play with your kids, can’t do the things you want to do. God forbid you get hooked on painkillers. No thanks. I have too much to live for. So with that said I realized I had one choice. Fight. Some days are better than others but stick with it. Stay positive, ask questions and know that others have been through the same things you have. I suspiciously read the same glowing reviews as you have. I’ve been curled up in a ball in the fetal position in tears wondering why I’m feeling this pain. Worst feeling ever. Like a nightmare that you can’t wake up from. Been there done that and I will never go back. Now I’m at the point where I’m starting CrossFit and I told Alec I’m sending him pictures of me getting after it. He’s getting those pictures sooner rather than later. Never give up.

My favorite thing about this program is how it transformed my perception of pain. That part alone is a game-changer and significantly improved my healing! During my initial consultation, I was asked what my goal was. It was to dance again. On NYE, a few days after my final day in the program, I did exactly that! I danced all night into the new year with zero pain. Special shout out to Dr. Alec for his patience and encouraging words. He guided me to the other side of an injury I couldn't live with, and I'm eternally grateful.

I originally started the program with a neck/upper back issue. I was at the point where I couldn't lift anything over 20 pounds without intense pain. I was thinking of having surgery because chiropractors and massages didn't work. I gave rehabfix a try really as a last ditch effort. In 2 weeks I was back to lifting normal weights. I've been a member since and wouldn't be able to train without rehabfix.

All the exercises recommended do help. Thank You for helping me solve my pain issues with my lower back, leg and foot. I highly recommend this program.

In my case the program helped me with a 4-year-old sciatica, they did the diagnostic and the exercises were according to what I could do, I evolved and improved the pain, I strengthened myself in everything that was weakened, was the only program that helped me. You need to trust the process

I cannot say enough about the positive experience and amazing results I had with Rehab Fix and Dr. Grant. I was suffering from back pain and sciatica for over 2 years. Don't hesitate! Rehab Fix changed my life. I had pain for two years everyday. At some Point i was so frustated and depressed, that i couldn't enjoy anything in my life. After suffering from back pain for over 20 years my son starting following Grant and suggested I set up an interview. I followed the 6 month program and have only had one minor episode since and anytime I need a little encouragement or knowledge Grant has always been there. I highly recommend him to everyone and have sent several friends his way.

This program simply works. I’ve tried it all: surgery, chiropractic, PT, rest, and medicine, none of those have had the lasting success of this program. I’m coming up on 2 years pain free and I’m able to do all the things I want to. I’m back to playing golf, exercising, and generally living again. I can’t recommend this program enough.

After injuring my lower back , with 2 herniated discs in October, I’ve reached out doctor grant for help , I found them on instagram with no previous recommendations from anybody, after the first 2 week my pain started to cease… and the confidence with every movement started to increase… right now after 9 weeks I’m working out again , squating, deadlifting and doing CrossFit training as usual , but step by step with minimal weights, this program has helped me to listen to my body when to push or slow down a bit! I started the program in March after doing my consultation. At first I was skeptical of the exercises because they seemed so benign, especially if you are a weight lifter. However as time went on I would wake up and feel my back was not as tight as it used to be. I was also able to sit my office chair or just at home and not constantly have to shift anymore from back pain. I had a trip to Alaska in June and at first I was nervous because I wasn’t sure my back could handle a 6 hour flight but I made it through without issue. I’m now going a trip to Tokyo, 9+ hour flight, and I have no fear whatsoever. If you are struggling with back pain/issues I’d recommend you give this program a try. It was definitely a game changer for myself. And the bonus is once you complete the program you know all the exercises and can continue to do them on your own.

After a year and a half of dealing with back pain and trying different methods for relief (PT, steroid injections, chiropractors, PRP treatment, even stem cells) with no success I was feeling hopeless. It wasn’t until I found some of Grant’s videos that my hope was restored. I could actually relate to his content. I was initially a bit hesitant when I embarked on a 3 month program, but after only 4 weeks I began noticing some improvement which led me to sign up for a 6 month program.
