Bought the WiFi gas heater / spa thermostat control after my old setup became unreliable. I needed something that could handle the pool/spa temperature control side without replacing the whole heater system.
ThermoMart helped me confirm the sensor/control setup before I ordered. Shipping was normal, the parts matched the listing, and the remote control feature has been handy. Good value for a repair that could have been way more expensive.

We used the PID Temperature Controller Recorder with USB/RS485 logging for a small prototype heater setup in our lab. What I liked was that ThermoMart’s listing actually showed the kind of input/output details I needed before ordering, instead of making me guess.
The USB logging was the main reason we bought it. It gave us a practical way to record temperature runs without jumping straight to much more expensive instrumentation. I did email a question about the SSR output and sensor setup, and the answer was direct and technical, which saved me some time.
Not fancy packaging or anything like that, just a useful controller at a fair price that did the job.

The controller was a good fit for that stage of the project. The thermocouple inputs, alarm functions, and logging capability gave us enough visibility to tune the setup and compare zones during test runs. It’s a useful supplier when you need application-ready temperature control parts without enterprise-level overhead.

I ordered the ThermoMart 20A Plug & Play Programmable Ramp & Soak PID Controller Box for a small ceramics kiln, and it was exactly the kind of practical kit I needed. The 60-segment ramp/soak programming gave me enough control for bisque and glaze firing schedules without building a full panel from scratch.
What stood out most was the support before I used it. I emailed with my kiln load and wiring details, and Anooshka helped me confirm that the controller rating and setup made sense for my application. That saved me from guessing on a high-current kiln project. The box arrived well packed, the parts matched the listing, and the value was strong compared with piecing everything together separately.

Il prodotto si è rivelato inadeguato sotto diversi aspetti:

Il manuale è incomprensibile e difficilmente applicabile per la programmazione del controller.
Durante il funzionamento, una parte della scatola si riscalda eccessivamente.
Dopo soli due utilizzi, il dispositivo ha smesso di funzionare correttamente: il display non visualizza più i valori in modo leggibile.

Aprendo la scatola, sono emerse criticità gravi:

Le protezioni plastiche dei morsetti di collegamento risultano fuse, segno evidente di surriscaldamento dovuto a cavi sottodimensionati.
Il PID è montato troppo vicino al relè SSR (che genera calore), causando un surriscaldamento interno e il danneggiamento del controller stesso.

In sintesi, il prodotto appare assemblato senza criteri ingegneristici adeguati.
Sconsiglio l’acquisto di prodotti assemblati da questo fornitore: Termomart sembra operare più come rivenditore che come produttore qualificato, e la qualità dell’assemblaggio non è conforme a standard tecnici accettabili.

In seguito alla mia recensione iniziale, il fornitore mi ha contattato per approfondire i problemi riscontrati con il controllore del forno.

Dopo diversi scambi e verifiche tecniche, Termomart ha riconosciuto le criticità segnalate e mi ha inviato gratuitamente un nuovo controllore PID, dotato anche di funzionalità superiori rispetto al componente originario.
Ho apprezzato la disponibilità del fornitore, l’attenzione dedicata al problema e la volontà concreta di trovare una soluzione soddisfacente.
