The quality of the rooflights are very good, we've used them for a number of years and never had a problem with the installation and the water tightness. One of the windows came damaged during delivery, customer services were very helpful and the unit was replaced within a couple of days. Overall very pleased with the service and quality."

They were professional, I had no problems from start to finish, the staff were very helpful over the phone, I couldn't fault the service.

So not only were the prices competitive but the team delivered everything when they said they would. Despite a couple of missing parts they had remade as they was not happy with the eh quality. They had them couriered next day so all good. Now the new owner of 2 top quality smart looking roof lights.

We have several windows, which look nice and work well. Subsequent issues with the blinds, which are made by another firm, were dealt with quickly and efficiently (excellent customer service). Very pleased with the results.

Good luck trying to speak with someone. We want to purchase a large roof light window and there isn't enough detail on their website (triple/double/u-values etc). I have tried speaking with someone since Thursday. Today is Monday - the only response I had is from a random call centre. If their sales team isn't contactable, I don't want to even imagine how bad the after-sales is. Looking at the reviews, it doesn't look very promising.

I was told there would be a £300 shipping charge due to my postcode (AB10 6HU) and there wasn't anything that could be done about it as the units were manufactured in Middlesbrough. I found another supplier that charged £15 for delivery of an identical unit - be very careful if they try and charge more than this if you live in an easily "accessable" area.

I have had a reply from the Rooflight Company, it is my mistake, the review was meant to be for the Rooflight Centre - I am sorry that I referenced the wrong company in the review, my mistake and thank you for pointing out my error.

This company is appalling, customer service is disgusting and product is not fit for purpose. i regrettably purchased Neo Roof lights for a loft extension. It is one of my biggest regrets. After less than one year of insulation the windows do not open. i reported beginning of December 2022, it's Know January 23 and still problem not resolved. I am informed that the gas struts have stopped working and to add insult to an appalling service i am now being informed that there is only 1 year guarantee . (what company only offers 1 year on products that cost thousands) clearly they are not confident in the product .When i reported the problem, it was just over a year from purchase, although product had only been insulted for 11 months. I am being told that not only is there a 3 month waiting for an engineer to come out, that i am going to be faced with further costs. Although i have requested that The Roof light Company should cover this under product not fit for purpose, i have been left hanging and still waiting for outcome. The roof light company are suggesting they are unable to at this stage offer me proposal of cost, as they are still waiting for costing for the struts, 2 months on. They don't respond to emails, i am constantly phoning to try and get resolution and constantly getting mugged off with constant excuses of waiting for costs, can't get an engineer visit for 3 months, currently after 2 months i can't open my windows and as we speak i am still in the same position. Not only would i not recommend, i would suggest avoiding at all costs

After writing this review, The Roof light Company have come back to me with what appears to be a positive solution and have agreed to supply the parts and engineer visit for free

We had three Neo electric roof lights installed in our new home. Within 12 months the internal casements had all cracked and one of the motors had stopped working. We reported the problem in August 2021 and it wasn’t resolved until March 2022. We registered all three roof lights for an extended 5 year warranty at the time of purchase. In November 2022 the same roof light which was fixed in March of that year has now stopped working again. The fault has been diagnosed as faulty gas struts which I’ve been told are actually not covered under the warranty. These roof lights are expensive and the service we have received is just not acceptable. We are still waiting for a response a month later after being palmed off on many occasions by email. For the reasons I have stated I would not recommend this company as we are very disappointed and feel let down after the glowing reviews they claim to have received particularly in regards to customer service.

The roof light company have now contacted me and agreed to supply the gas struts free of charge.
