Terrible service, “robotic” support, and packaging deception in advertising
My experience communicating with Sissy Nation was extremely disappointing, and I want to warn other buyers.
1. Problems with support and “robotic” behavior
I reached out to the shop’s chat to ask about upcoming promotions or promo codes for ordering outfits for my birthday. Instead of answers, I encountered behavior reminiscent of a bot: I was sent about 10–20 photos of items that I can already see on the website. I clearly stated that I know what I want and asked not to overwhelm me with unnecessary photos, but “support” continued to send them again and again.
When I asked if a robot was answering me, I was told that it was a “live person,” but instead of answering my question about discounts for a regular customer, they began asking for my size. The employee didn’t even ask if I was a regular customer and completely ignored my request to tell me about current promotions or future discounts. This is complete disregard and an unwillingness to help.
2. Deception in packaging advertising
In their Instagram Reels, they show beautiful, aesthetic packaging, creating the impression of premium service. However, in reality, when orders are delivered to Europe or the USA, the items arrive in regular mail bags. When I asked why reality differs so much from the picture, I was told that the beautiful packaging is intended “only for orders within their own country.”
The question arises: why do you broadcast spectacular packaging on social media to an international audience if, in fact, you are selling “air” and regular delivery? People order from you counting on the aesthetics you show, but in fact, they receive an ordinary bag. This is direct misleading.
3. Conclusion: blocking instead of solving problems
Instead of acknowledging the problem, apologizing, or somehow resolving the situation, I was simply blocked in the chat. This is an indicator of their attitude toward regular customers—they do not value people, they do not answer for their words, and they prefer to “shut your mouth” with a block when they are caught in a lie.
I highly do not recommend this shop. The service is terrible, the support is dismissive, and their visual marketing has nothing in common with reality.
