I went to the snowboard shop on a recommendation from a friend, looking to buy a new snowboard. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and it was easy to tell that they had a passion for snowboarding. They asked lots of questions about what i was looking for and my style of riding, and they explained all of the attributes of the different boards. I am happy that the board that was recommended to me was based on what was best suited to me, and not the most expensive. I ended up with a K2 Subculture, and I am ecstatic with it. Cant wait to get it on the slopes.

Excellent & honest advice on equipment selection. No allegiance to any manufacturer or desire to sell you the most expensive gear…… all done with a laugh and a smile.

These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to snowboarding, the shop being run by snowboarders has a great range of snow gear at great prices. Bonus if you happen to be military like myself as they offer 10% discount. The lads are more than happy to share stories and chill out with a brew. I travelled an hour and half to see these guy as they really are the best, I recommend this shop to everyone and anyone weather your new to boarding or not. Top lads!

Found the Snowboard Shop after searching around for a new snowboard and trying to get the information i needed to pick the right board for me. Darren is very helpful and informative and worked with me to pick the right snowboard to suit what i wanted.
Placed my order for my new Snowboard and Bindings and it arrived next day, can't beat that for service! Even after i had my order delivered i had some questions about the binding size and Darren has been there instantly to answer my questions.
Highly recommended, a great shop which is run by riders for riders!!

The guys were great and extra helpful. The top I wanted wasn't in stock but they kindly rung me up to rectify the situation and helped me find a solution.

I ordered dragon goggles for my husband from here. They arrived in quick time and I was kept updated of the status of the delivery. Using this site for the first time I was pleased and would not hesitate to use the site again.

Some of the most friendly and helpfull guys in the biz, always happy to answer any question wether in-store or by phone! Recently brought the new 2014 union forces, I got the home to discover I wanted a change in color, Darren couldn't do enough to help with sorting out the issue.
I prefer to get all my gear from thesnowboardshop.com rather than online sites where no one you call can help, plus the guys have always been happy to try and price match where they can to get you the best deal!

Found this shop online and was glad I did. Darren was very attentive, and although we did splash out it was very enjoyable and at no times were we made to feel that we were too much trouble. If you want mainstream stuff sold be people that don't really understand their subject, go S & R...if you want to support a cracking independent...look no further than The Snowboard Shop!

Couldn't recommend these guys any higher. Found stuff I was looking for online, then spoke to the guy running the place who had really good knowledge and gave fantastic advice even at the risk of loosing sale.
