Although I haven't received my boots yet the customer service is amazing - quick response and very accommodating.

I received my boots quickly. They were beyond my expectations, beautiful design, and excellent quality. Lovely soft leather and perfect fit. They have the "wow" factor. Cannot fault them.

These are beautiful boots, well priced, well made and comfortable. My only regret is that the leather is so stiff. I had hoped for softer more pliable leather. Service was fabulous. Delivery was swift and efficient.

great customer service and quality , my boots are few years old now (8+) , well worn walking the dogs and still in great condition with the help of Sno Seal. Ordered sunday, arrived 5 days later to Ger.

Of course the boots are wonderful. The shipping process was a bit rocky but you are in the UK and I am in the US - so....I suppose the distance and many transfers took time. All in all, just glad to have access to your boots. Susan

I used the size chart on their website and followed the instructions on measuring for their Women’s Spanish Riding Boots classic: Brown (tread sole) and ordered size (37) a half size down from what I generally wear and they fit perfectly. So very delighted with these beautifully crafted, high quality leather boots.

Very quick service. Lovely boots as usual, my last pair lasted the best part of ten years. These appear equally well made.

I would not hesitate to recommend The Spanish Boot Company. The staff accurately recommended the size of boot that best fit, I was relieved I asked before ordering. Further, the staff is quick to respond and communicate any issues. I also did not expect the boots to be delivered so quickly. I hope to be able to buy a second pair of boots as the quality is really lovely!

Had a bit of a wait for the specific boots that I wanted, but was told that from the outset. Was some confusion about payment, but they are very personable to deal with and respond quickly. Also, the boots are AMAZING!
