Signed up for their welcome promo. Seemed great and it's enjoyable. Sadly, £3.53 from 100 free spins and 80p from 25 free spins and then shock horros, £75 wagering requirement. Absolute con of a site. £450 spent on £1 spin on Pegasus. Built the free spin up to X10 multiplier not a free spin chance in sight. Must of won £45 back over game period. Spent similar on other games not a penny made. Also have a friend who is owned £4000, they refuse to pay out. First it was a id requirement, then proof of address. From March 2025 I am trying to reopen my account after my self excluded for 6 weeks .But they make this tool very hard to use in future..I call them they said they need my id I provided them then after 48 waist they asked me for my id to hold it's near to my face and send them my selfie I send them then after 48 hours they said it's not clear I was pis**d off I told them leave it keep it close.Now after 3 months I try again I call on customer service they said I have to send them clearly pictures of my id .I send them, This Friday I received email they expect it and soon you received email that you account opened.
Today is Monday 30/06/2025 at 4:37 I received email said you account is open now and now you can play.I try to login and very surprised that same shit appear my account still locked.. what the hell I call again customer service.And they don't have any answers..(same reply I going to look at your account again) it's look like they are investigating for any Mur**r.

Games kept crashing alot. And no luck, I won some money back but compared to other gaming sites, the payout is terrible.
Customer service told me to clear cookies and caches even though I was new to site to prevent crashes and still crashed. Felt like they kept crashing on big wins or bonuses possible as twice it crashed and money went up.

Please avoid as terrible online gaming service.

Do not go near this site and company. They take days to reply to emails. Sit on documentation and refuse to allow you to withdraw money. I requested a withdrawal and then after waiting two days it was cancelled by them and put back into the SunVegas account.
