The Toy Planet Reviews

Amazing service and products. Recently purchased the 30th Celebration ETB and it came packaged inside one of the acrylic protective cases. I did not expect this at all and it was a great surprise. Would recommend and purchase from again.

tells me to create an account to purchase the item i wanted only to be told i have to purchase an item previously to purchase the said item after creating my account, go to purchase something else witch was well over priced anyway only to not have any stock, a total mess about and absolutely useless as a shop and they are very misleading.

Happy with my purchases! Never had acrylic cases before but they’re good quality and came with a cloth too. Also arrived quickly after dispatch, thank you :)

I’ve placed 3 orders with this store so far, and unfortunately 2 of the Pokémon products arrived with torn/damaged plastic wrapping. It’s very disappointing, especially when you’re buying sealed products for a collection. My first order was fine, but having issues with 2 out of 3 orders makes me question the care taken when handling and packing the products.

Highly recommend for Pokemon TCG!

We often buy Pokemon TCG from The Toy Planet and the service is always excellent! Good pricing, especially the ETBs with the protective cases. All items are packaged well and shipped very quickly. My latest order even had a few free gifts in the box. They are also easy to contact and the customer service is unbeatable. We live quite close by and an order was even hand delivered to our door on one occasion!

Thank you, I'll definitely be shopping with you again :)

Good products, quick delivery, these chaps know how to party.

Fantastic service. Item was well priced, posted quickly and securely.
I cannot recommend them enough, and will be a repeat buyer.

Just received 2 ETBS and both arrived well packed and in acrylic cases for extra protection. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Was initially dubious as had been looking for this retired set for some time. Immediately put at ease contacting through WhatsApp, order placed, dispatch notification and tracking service provided. Genuine, authentic product and shop

iv,e been in a couple of time and will be comein back do you sell kids push scooters pls.

Ordered online was very helpful, allowed me to collect items same day.
Excellent

I entered a raffle for a Prismatic Evolutions SPC and, although I didn’t win, I was impressed by how transparently the draw was run — everything looked completely legit and fair. What really blew me away was what happened next; the store contacted raffle entrants to offer the remaining stock, and I managed to secure one after all.

That kind of gesture shows real customer care and integrity. Communication was great, the process was smooth, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommended!

Had an issue with an order but the toy planet managed to refund me, did have a long wait however they have rectified the problem today. The other order which had no issues was perfect and had no problems, thank you Toy Planet.

Fast Delivery, great communication and fantastic item. Helped me out with my enquiry and order! Very happy and would definitely come back.

I called to enquire about a switch as I was unsure if was a genuine UK version and hadn't heard of the site before so was a little apprehensive. All of my questions were immediately answered and my mind was put to rest when the phone call was followed up with a video on WhatsApp so that I could see what I would be purchasing. I ordered straight away and the switch arrived within a fee days as promised. I couldn't fault the customer service that I received and am so grateful that this independent shop has made a christmas wish come true! One very satisfied customer.

Scummy owners, will rip you off with any chance they get! Sell faulty products and instead of trying to fix the problem just shut shop and ignore you!!
Shows company went into liquidation whilst still owing me and many others money - yet here they are back trading and I’m yet to receive my money back! SCAMMERS

Absolutely the best toy shop in my opinion! I have shopped here for years and with every visit there's something new and always very welcoming.
Amazing customer service and friendly. I recommend to everyone I know and will keep doing so. Definitely worth a visit ☺️

Brilliant shop. They ran a competition to win a Switch and I won!! The guys were lovely when I went to collect. Brilliant shop full of awesome bits and a lot of nostalgia with the old school toys and games

What a great shop with friendly, helpful staff. Would 100% recommend a visit!

The Toy Planet is a treasure trove of days gone by and more modern stuff. I visited today and the staff and the owner are very friendly and Knowledgeable. I will definitely visit again. Well worth a visit. Recommended.
