No reply / response

Still waiting for a reply and a return call from these. Useless. Having read other bad reviews I suggest you take them to court. I was mis sold a holiday by another company 1 year ago called MyTravelCounsellors. I took them to court and they paid out 3 weeks before the hearing. Do not be afraid.

This is like dealing with a vacuum

This is like dealing with a vacuum: despite numerous emails and phone calls I can get no response to a straighforward question and I have great concerns about paying the balance of my holiday in case that too disappears....

Do not listen or help.

The agent does not seem to be listening to me. We requested ground floor for my disabled hubby she has said this is confirmed I hope so his wheelerchair does
not go upstairs.
I booked seats and paid for them she seems to have changed them. We do not seem to be able to speak with her.
We booked Cyprus with Julie last year was much better and more helpful. If this is Easyjet disabled option it is so bad and a poor service.
We booked May 24 for May 25 to give lots of time to make sure everything is good for us but we seem to be struggling with sorting the seats out.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company, been waiting over a year for a refund and constantly get told it’s getting looked into but the facts are it’s not. Company policy seems to be just lie to customers to get them off the phone. Disgraceful and employees should be ashamed of themselves

Terrible company

Terrible company. Supposed to help if your travel operator goes out of business, but the communication is awful. Despite repeated calls and emails from myself they failed to check if our France gite holiday was still going ahead, the gite was in fact sold, however they took our final payment before checking. Now I have to wait for Travel Network to find the deposit returned by the gite owners before they will refund my money. It’s taking months! No response to two official complaints. Never deal with anything unless I’m actually on the phone at the time. Don’t book a holiday covered by this company they are a joke. If you are a travel operator don’t waste your money on them either.

Avoid at all costs- do not book a holiday with a company who is covered by them or Travel trust association.
Alpha rooms customers still waiting for refunds 7 months after, promised timelines that never materialise then tell us to go through our bank for the refund! Bank can’t do so back to this appalling company to fight for refunds that they are due. Still being fobbed off daily

Total lack of action and communication

This so called Travel Agent's safety net took over bookings for disabled holidays/cruise club . My wife is disabled and we had an outstanding cruise from 2020 to the Baltic including St Petersburg. We have sent repeated emails for over 4 months and cancelled on the 8th March. We are still receiving notification from Princess cruises welcoming us on board despite emails every 2 weeks asking how much deposit has been retained and asking for a reply. We have also notified Princess cruises but they only appear to respond to travel agents. This is the worst kind of company that one could ever deal with and one has to wonder just how much they are being paid by their members to provide no service at all. If you see your agent is a member of TTA or travel Network group walk on by and go elsewhere.

Been waiting for nearly a year for my…

Been waiting for nearly a year for my deposit back from a booking they took on from a travel company that went into administration. Have got nowhere, they kept saying they were looking into it and now don’t even answer my emails.

I booked this holiday in 2019

I booked this holiday in 2019 with Teletext and paid in 2020. I now need to cancel the holiday due to a heart related condition (See attached) . I am due to fly this coming Monday the 25th April
I have checked in online and packed my suitcases as this is something that was not expected.
All I need is for the company to do a simple thing and that is to issue me with a tour operator's cancellation invoice for the £2259.44 that I paid to Teletext holidays, so I can pass this onto AXA insurance. I dont need a refund
I have sent over 50 emails and made 4 phone calls, for something that any other travel company would find a simple task

This feels like dealing in a vacuum

This feels like dealing in a vacuum - despite numerous emails, voice message, patience and politeness this company just does not respond to requests. Our original Travel Network Agent with whom we had a good relationship decided to close his business and we requested at that point to deal directly with the cruise company with which we had booked a trip to Hawaii (cancelled due to covid). This direct dealing was not allowed and we were transferred to head office. Since that time it's been a constant and uphill battle just to get someone to even respond and on the two occasions that they have, it's with misinformation and fobbing off. We still have to organise additional travel and hotel nights for this repurposed trip but we have no confidence in this company to do that on our behalf. We will certainly never use them again and would not recommend to anyone.
