It took more than a month for my minis to arrive. I could have walked to UK and back in this time, and still have time to spare. Now I know this is not troll trader's fault, but I believe that they should have made the delivery time clear when I was ordering the items.

Afternoon Vlad, we appericate that waiting for your order is never a nice thing, as can understand wanting to be able to build, paint and or play with the miniatures and supplies.
However, we have no control over countries from around the world take in terms of time to deliver of their parcels.
The order was leaving the UK within 2 days of placing the order. It then took 15 days to arrive to customs and a further 11 days to leave the customs, too then be delivered today.
Other times when we have delivered to certain countries the parcels had "speed" through and then other parcels had taken a long time.
So that is why we can only declare that we aim to having orders leaving us within 2-3 working days.

I have made around 16 purchases totaling approximately £1000 from this store, and every order has arrived within two weeks without exception. Most of the time, delivery was within a week. There was one occasion where an item was sent incorrectly, but it was handled kindly and professionally. Overall, I received excellent service. This is the best Warhammer secondhand store I've encountered.

Death guard great
Incredibly efficient and a great place to find pre-painted used models in good condition. I’m a death guard player and always looking for pox walkers, and interesting. Looking models to add to the collection a lot of talented artist always putting up some really cool looking models. Recently I purchased sub terminators and put my address incorrectly and they answered the emails, quickly and updated my address for my mistake before anything went out so good really good customer service for me

since im outide the uk the vendor should have filled in certain import information(Ie materials in the order) which I had to do myself, leading to an almost one month delay in receiving the items
