My Experience Was Completely Different – Wish I’d Known to Proceed with More Caution

I decided to go with Viral Vamp back in 2024 after reading all those positive reviews on here and elsewhere. So many people talked about great communication, steady progress, and how it was worth the patience for eventual profits. It sounded legit and hands-off, exactly what I was looking for, so I paid around $25,000 for their Amazon store management service and put in another $12,000 or so for inventory.

Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. Almost a year later, most of that inventory is still sitting unsold. The few items that have moved often sold at a loss of about $5 each after all the fees, and I’ve got over 800 units stuck in Amazon warehouses racking up monthly storage charges that just keep adding to my losses.

When things started going wrong, communication dropped off—questions about why sales were so slow, how to fix inventory issues, or even basic timelines went unanswered for long stretches. It made it impossible to do anything about it early on.

Because of the ongoing financial hit and no real resolution, I’ve filed complaints with the FDACS, FTC, Florida AG, California AG , California department of financial protection and Innovation. Also sent a formal demand letter (which got ignored), and now I’m working with a lawyer on next steps.

I’m not saying no one has had success—I see the good reviews—but mine turned out totally different, and I made my decision based heavily on those positives. That’s why I’m sharing this: please proceed with extreme caution. Get everything in writing, really dig into the risks with inventory and storage fees, and maybe talk to people off the review sites. I really wish I’d done more of that myself.

I have had no issues at all working with the staff at Viral Vamp. As a matter of fact, they are incredibly accessible and I have the option to attend group calls with Griffin where, as a group we discuss challenges we have reaching out to brands and the different approaches we can take to secure them on our own. I often text Griffin with questions and he responds quickly day or night. Andre reached out to me every other week when they were on the brand hunt for me just to let me know of the progress they have made.

I will be investing with them again soon to secure additional brands in addition to the ones I will be securing on my own.
