I grew up in India and have lived in USA for over 50 years. I have been on 2 trips arranged by Shobita Louis so far and plan on many more.
Last year was Kanyakumari and Southern India. I loved traveling by train and staying at the CGH hotels. It was exactly what I needed.
This year my daughter and family were coming for the first time and Shobita Louis planned the perfect trip including Goa, Mumbai, Agra, Jaipur and New Delhi. We had a vacation to remember for the rest of our lives and Shobita was available anytime we had a question or concern. The luxury and hospitality at all the hotels was amazing and the personal attention to detail she put into every part of the trip including the van and driver for the golden triangle route. The Wanderers have increased my wanderlust! Thank you Shobita!

Had a short 5 days trip to Manwar desert camp and Jodhpur on 25th December 2023...it was suggested to us by Ms Shraddha from Wanderers...Desert camp was an awesome experience...all the tents are well maintained and hv all the luxuries in them...staying overnight in tent amidst desert was different experience all together...the jeep safari and sunset camel ride is must...jodhpur city tour and bishnoi village tours were well arranged considering senior citizens travelling with us...Ranbanka palace in Jodhpur is also a beautiful place to stay...overall we had a lovely vacation....Thanks a lot Shraddha for making our trip a memorable one

We chose The Wanderers (Sonal was our excellent planner) for a family trip to Kerala. It was one of the best trips of our lives. Every location was an amazing place worthy of many photos. And Sonal made sure we had locations and resorts that all age groups could enjoy. Every step of our trip was excellent!

We have used The Wanderers for several trips to India starting with a five month excursion 11 years ago to our recent tour of the Western Ghats. Sonal has been our guide and planner for all our trips and she is simply outstanding. We have not had any disappointments with any trip from routing to hotels to drivers. This trip was an anomaly since we asked Sonal for visits to hill stations in the south with minor sightseeing, several treks, ample time to relax and enjoy the less populated but natural swaths of the south. It was an odd request but Sonal put together a trip to fit our requests and we thoroughly enjoyed it. So thank you Sonal - you’re awesome as always!

A simply thank you is hardly adequate to convey our collective gratitude for all the thoughtful and detail centric arrangements. 

A dream come true for my 50th birthday. The first leg of our trip was to Aurangabad. The stay at the Taj was simply outstanding. The attentive staff, well appointed rooms and delicious breakfast buffet were highlights as was the gorgeous pool and well manicured landscaping. We would most certainly stay here again. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. 

The adventure that began in Chennai was an ambitious undertaking, but your attention to detail was apparent. Our driver and local representative meet us at the Chennai airport and took us to the Leela Palace, a lovely property.

The accommodations in Mahabalipuram were in a stunning setting, right on the ocean and we and beautiful views of the sea. The tour of Mahabalipuram was fantastic. Certainly worthy of the UNESCO designation and a must see. Our guide, Jawal and driver, Shiva were very attentive & accommodating. 

The CGH hotel in Pondicherry was sublime. The ethos of the hotel to tread lightly on the earth, to use refillable soaps/shampoos, an al a Carte breakfast menu to minimize food waste and an eco-conscious culture was noticed and appreciated. 

The next stop, at Tanjavar was spectacular. The Svatma hotel was great with a music program and excellent buffets. The 3rd bed in each room was THE best. It was a separate double built in bed, like a private nook. The linens and bedding were very comfortable.

On to Munnar!! What a beautiful property you secured for us! The views were soaring!
And last, but not least, the driver, Shiva we had from Chennai to Kochi was spectacular. He was a safe and conscientious driver. He prioritized our safety and comfort at all times. His standard of service made the entire trip more comfortable & enjoyable. Thank you Sonal for crafting this once in a lifetime experience for all of us to showcase India’s grand heritage & history.

Thank you Alifiya Ji and Indor Ji for planning such a well organised trip for us. The itinerary was very smooth and we faced no issues during our visit. We all had a really great time and have made amazing memories.

This was the second time 'The Wanderers' organized our holiday. This time we traveled to Cambodia.

They did an excellent job. The itinerary was very well planned and the scheduling was well organized. The team - especially Shradha was always there to help us out if we had any doubts or queries.

All the arrangements and bookings were done in a timely and well organized manner. Even our food requirements were very well taken care off.

We enjoyed our stay at Siem Reap and at Six Senses Krabey Island.

We are definitely returning to Wanderers to plan our next vacation.

Wanderers team is well known to me , hence without a thought I would go to then to organise something within my time budget and they would come back with a plan which is attractive.....and they did it this time yet again. Carolyne did. Fantastic job of planning the trip , getting the right schedules and food options given we are foodies too, warm knowledgeable local guides and transport ...so it's a breeze all the time ...on yes this was a whirlwind trip of four days to turkey ...I would wonder what would it cost if we did the same plan ourselves ... marginally different but worth doing away with the trouble ...

The wanderers made our UK trip enjoyable in everyway possible . The services provided were really good . We enjoyed everybit of our holiday and will surely be travelling with the waderers time and again

Carolyne planned our trip to Reunion Islands in the best way ever. It was truly in every sense the best birthday trip. However, we really wished we could have spent more days in the Islands
