So far, we honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience with the wedding travel company. From the very beginning, we have been made to feel so looked after and it has taken away so much of the stress with planning a wedding.
A very special thank you to Angel, who really does live up to her name. She has been like our guardian angel throughout this whole process, going above and beyond to help create our dream wedding. ❤️
One of the things that means the most to me is that we managed to get our wedding date on my mothers birthday, which is going to make the day even more perfect, meaningful and special.
Angel has been so lovely and supportive throughout, making us feel like nothing is too much trouble. It genuinely feels like she cares about making our day special, rather than us just being another booking.
We are so excited for our dream wedding in Cyprus and already feel like we’re in such safe hands. We’re really looking forward to seeing everything come together and watching our dream wedding become a reality.

I would strongly advise anyone using the Wedding Travel Company
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this wedding travel company to think very carefully before booking.
Our experience, particularly dealing with Kim Deller, was extremely disappointing. For what is supposed to be one of the most important and exciting times in your life, I expected much more communication, enthusiasm, organisation and genuine support. Instead, I was left feeling that once our wedding had been paid for, the level of interest and communication dropped dramatically.
I had never planned a wedding before, let alone a wedding abroad, and I expected the wedding company to use their experience to guide us, make suggestions and help us create the best possible day. When I asked for ideas for entertainment and other aspects of the wedding, I was told, “I think you have everything you need.”
Quite honestly, that response summed up how I felt throughout the process. I wasn’t looking for someone to simply process our booking I was looking for a wedding planning service. I expected suggestions, creativity, enthusiasm and someone who was genuinely invested in helping us make our wedding special.
There were also significant communication failures between the wedding company and our wedding coordinator at the hotel. Vendor timings were not passed on to our coordinator, and neither were my chosen flowers for my bouquet and my bridesmaids’ flowers and Groomsmen’s button holes. I also couldn’t get basic items, such as charger plates, supplied through the wedding company. Thankfully, our incredible wedding coordinator was able to source these for us herself.
This created unnecessary stress and left me questioning what exactly we were paying the wedding company for.
The saving grace throughout the entire experience was Katerina, our wedding coordinator at the Adams Beach Hotel in Cyprus.
Katerina was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive, organised, responsive and genuinely cared about our wedding. She stepped in when things hadn’t been communicated properly and went above and beyond to make sure everything came together.
And thankfully, our wedding itself was AMAZING. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. But I genuinely believe that was because of Katerina and the fantastic team at the Adams Beach Hotel not because of the wedding travel company.
Looking back, if I could do it all again, I would bypass the wedding travel company completely and deal directly with the hotel.
A wedding is too important, too expensive and too emotionally significant to feel like you are chasing the people who are supposed to be helping you.
If you are considering booking your wedding through this company, my advice would be to think twice and speak directly to the venue before committing.
1 star from us. Katerina deserves 5 stars — the wedding travel company does not.

Throughout the nine months leading up to your wedding, we remained actively involved in your planning. Our records show that we exchanged 86 emails with you, arranged the requested elements and ensured the relevant information was provided to Adams Beach Hotel well in advance.
We therefore cannot agree with the suggestion that communication or support reduced once payment was made. We also communicated the information provided to us regarding vendors, timings and flowers to the venue. As Adams Beach Hotel closes during the winter months, there are periods when obtaining immediate responses from the hotel is unfortunately outside our control.
We fully appreciate that planning a wedding abroad can be stressful and that expectations of the level of support may differ. While we are sorry that you felt our service did not meet your expectations, we do not believe it is fair to describe us as unresponsive or disengaged when our records demonstrate otherwise.
We are genuinely delighted that you had an amazing wedding day and that you were so happy with Katerina and the team at Adams Beach Hotel.

So far so good.
I have only booked our wedding but up until this point the service has been great. The information given to me has been very clear and concise and any questions I have had have been answered. Peggy has been very helpful and I was never waiting long for a reply whether it be from text or email. There was never any pressure to book it and it’s nice to know going forward what we have with a package and knowing we will get the help and advise we need nearer to our wedding date. Would recommend.

Peggy has been amazing
Peggy has been amazing. I initially enquired about our dream wedding in Sorrento over 12 months ago with Peggy. I didn’t feel pressured and wasn’t chased or made to feel like I had to book at the time. I managed to speak with Peggy again, which I requested an updated quote, and the response was within 24 hours!

We are at the first stage of booking…
We are at the first stage of booking but so far it was quick and smooth. We decided to go for the elvis package in Las Vegas. Initially I just wanted to get a quote and get information about the deposit for a future booking, but after reviewing all the information and speaking to Sarah on the phone, we just decided to go for it. I sent my enquiry on Sunday night. By Wednesday afternoon we had all the information we needed and the deposit paid and payment plan set up. All very quick and easy. I love how everything including flights and hotels are included. Now it’s just that countdown til 2028 and I look forward to getting more bits planned over time :)

Cannot recommend enough
We honestly cannot recommend Angel and The Wedding Travel Company enough. From our very first enquiry, Angel has been absolutely brilliant and has made what could have been a really overwhelming process of planning a wedding abroad feel so much easier.
We looked at a number of different venues and destinations before finally booking our dream wedding at King Evelthon in Paphos, Cyprus, and Angel has been there throughout the whole process. She has answered what feels like a million questions from us, provided different quotes, explained exactly what is included, helped us understand the additional costs and never once made us feel like we were being a nuisance!
What we have appreciated most is that there has never been any pressure to book. Angel has genuinely helped us compare our options and make sure we were completely happy before committing. Having someone knowledgeable at the other end of an email who responds quickly and actually understands what you are looking for makes such a difference.
We have now officially booked our wedding for 2028 and we are absolutely over the moon! 🥹💍🇨🇾
Obviously we still have a long way to go until the big day, but based on our experience so far, we feel completely confident having Angel and The Wedding Travel Company helping us along the way.

Just got back from my vegas wedding and…
Just got back from my vegas wedding and I’ve got to say it was fantastic. The wedding travel company sorted everything out for us so it was hassle and stress free. We stayed at the Bellagio hotel which I highly recommend and flew with virgin from Manchester. But the best part was getting married in the Grand Canyon via helicopter. Everything was well organised from our photographer, hair and makeup by dannielle and our official Scott who married us and flowers. We were picked up from the hotel by lance also our photographer from bliss chapel. I wouldn’t change a thing and all the way Tracy Mudd and her team guided us. I wouldn’t change a highly recommend using the wedding travel company a big thank you to them all.
