Fraud site they lied saying they fixed the processing with redemptions as soon as I go on there put money in no problem get it up to 1100 try to redeem says same thing hang tight then kicks out ach redemption just freezes Micheal the rep I got in contact with says the problem was resolved they lied to get me back never had any intention to pay out!

I really liked this site at first
I really liked this site at first, and initially left a positive review. Unfortunately what others say is true, the RTP is abysmal. I do believe my win here was the outlier. I am about 800 spins in and have done nothing but lose. No bonuses, no decent wins, nothing. To compound this, the VIP program is nonexistent, and I can’t even access the myVip rewards section they have. I have communicated all of this to the company and get lackluster responses about how things are changing right around the corner, but this was months ago and they haven’t. I wouldn’t play here. I play at most all sites, and this one just does not have the perks to justify the poor RTP. I’ve quit this site while I’m ahead (and that’s because I got really lucky), I’d suggest others don’t even start. There are much better options out there.

This website is a rugpull.
They were paying me out for a few weeks, but just today they decided to ban my account. They claim that I violated their terms of service (untrue), without giving any actual term that I violated.
They locked my account, cancelled my recent withdrawal request, and seized my funds. That is, they stole $3,541 from me.
I am already in the process of reclaiming these funds through my bank. Thankfully, they should be able to help me chargeback my purchases due to this website's blatant fraud.
I have seen websites ban accounts before, but I am surprised to see that they are actually attempting to seize my funds. Illegal, obviously. I am also investigating my options for arbitration and will report this fraud to the CFPB and my state's attorney general's office.
Just a warning... stay away from this site
I am really confused how they thought they could get away with this...

I really wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before I played here. Simply avoid this place. It’s RTP is awful. Its layout is awful. It deals with ST instead of SC for no other reason, but to try to stand out amongst sweepstake casinos. The way they stand out by how terrible they are on paying. These guys are tighter than virgin on your first date.
