Great products, brilliant after care service when I had purchased the wrong size

I ordered the post surgical support briefs as I am going for a mini abdominoplasty. Unfortunately although they are seam free and very soft and comfortable they offer very little support across my abdomen, feeling more like a thick pair of tights. I am fairly small and ordered the smallest size. Perhaps if they made an xs size and they were tighter they might have felt more supportive.

I bought the Petal Bra and knickers in both Black and White. The guidance on the site for sizing was excellent. Tracking and delivery of the package outside of Ireland was superb. The items themselves are extremely good quality, very soft which for sensitive skin is a great relief. Thanks ladies.

On this occasion everything went very well. I love the products, they are about the most comfortable I could find after lymph node surgery. BUT on my last order, I received something in the wrong size (not my error, I ordered the correct size), and there is no mechanism for returning an incorrect product. Other than that minor failure of process the bras are very very comfortable, and I will probably wear them long term - even though I had hoped to graduate back to underwired. Don't really see that happening now. They are excellent post-surgery bras.

I bought one of their Fleur wireless post surgery bras after seeing TV presenter Julia Bradbury wearing one during her breast cancer documentary.
I’m recovering after reduction surgery following breast cancer treatment.
The bra was brilliant: light but supportive, quality fabric, breathable and nicely designed. Some of the post surgery bras by other companies are quite ugly and bulky in design. This one is still pretty and feminine but provides the support you need after surgery. I’m going to buy another one in white!

I like the Theya bras and pants very much. They are not cheap but are well made and very comfortable, and wear well. The company are also very helpful and when I recently received a faulty item it was immediately replaced.

Purchased these bras after doing some research, Had a recent breast augmentation (15/6/22) it’s only been a few days, but as I’m having to wear the bra 24 hrs a day, it’s made so much difference it being a quality garment. It is soft yet very supportive (around an E cup now) doesn’t restrict breathing, especially as I’m already swollen.
It’s breathable, doesn’t make me overly hot (even in this heat wave!) Easy with the zip to take off for a quick shower and put back on myself. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase! Even though they are a little expensive, they’re worth the extra money. I got two, but considering it’s to be worn for the next 6 weeks 24hrs a day, the price for the quality is worth it! My surgeon even said it looks and feels like a very good post surgery bra.

I’ll be keeping them for after I’ve healed too as they’re so comfy!

Kept well informed during delivery to France. When the parcel didn’t arrive as expected, I emailed Theya and almost immediately received a reply to say they would look into it. The parcel was delivered next door by mistake. The swift and friendly response from Theya was second to none.
The bra (zip front) is the most comfortable I have ever worn (and I hate wearing a bra). I have every confidence that it will be perfect for post op lumpectomy.
It might even encourage me to view their other styles for the future.
