This company sold me 3 wardrobes (Oslo 203cm, 180cm & 150cm) with the promise of sending an installer to help set it up, but they never sent anyone despite more than two weeks of reminders and messages which met repeated failed promises. After 2 weeks, I later managed to find a handyman who assisted me to install 2 of the wardrobes which were found to be complete. However, the 3rd wardrobe (Oslo 150cm) was discovered to have been delivered with a missing pack. I contacted this company again with pictures and asked for the missing pack to be sent to me. Yet again, they did not send anything after promising to do so for over 2 weeks. Eventually, I sadly had to get rid of the 3rd wardrobe and bought another one to replace it.

I truly believe this company is run by irresponsible people who neither has the interest of their customers at heart nor help to resolve issues with their orders when such need arises.

Buying from this company comes with great risk, hence their insistence on payment of cash on delivery. No one knows where they are based and they can hardly be tracked as they never pick calls but only WhatsApp messages can be sent, which are hardly replied. What a shady business operating in the UK.

I bought a wardrobe from this furniture store and I’m very happy with the purchase. The quality of the wardrobe is very good and it looks great. The service was excellent and the assembly team was very professional. They assembled everything quickly and neatly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a 180cm grey wardrobe with delivery and assembly. When it arrived, they said the assembly person would come later, but no one ever showed up.

We assembled the wardrobe ourselves and discovered some parts were missing or incorrect. And the mirror was sideway instead of middle bit ,also Two shelves and two hanging rails were for a 150cm wardrobe instead of the 180cm one we ordered. The wardrobe was also delivered in mixed colors, grey with white edges, which was not what I ordered.

I contacted them on WhatsApp and by phone. They promised to deliver the correct parts multiple times, but they never came. They blocked me on Facebook and my UK phone number. They read my WhatsApp messages but refused to respond.

This is poor and unprofessional service. I cannot recommend this company.

They are scammers do not order from them. Very unserious seller. You will waste your time and money if you shop here. You can’t even refund because the seller just stops replying. I ordered a wardrobe with fitting but it was never fitted. The seller gave me his word he would sort it out and he didn’t. He’s blocked me from social media when I tried to warn others. He is a scammer!!!
