Pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza. Thirdhome è ottima nel fare i propri interessi e raccogliere fees, ma quando si tratta di tutelare le proprietà si tira indietro e suggerisce al proprietario di chiedere i danni direttamente all'ospite, senza assumersi responsabilità alcuna. Poi come "gesto commerciale" offre qualche chiave e due spiccioli da dedurre sulle prenotazioni successive. Il mio caso finirà probabilmente di fronte a un giudice.

Very nice Truckee/Lake Tahoe place!
The home is really nice and accommodating to a group like our who had 7 people. Pleanty of room, beds, bathrooms. We really liked the main floor and especially the fireplace (there are 2-3 of them) in the main room. Great location, plenty of walk options, golf. Easy access to the lake and Truckee.

Thankfully a Keyless stay
Thankfully a Keyless stay. Nothing except the setting was what we had expected. No attention to details in cleanliness (windows, shower grout, pot lid (so disgusting), cabinets. Outside so messy and old septic system parts left laying right out the front windows. Not inviting at all.

This was our first experience with ThirdHome. Everything went according to plan. We had a few hiccoups in using the condo, but our host sorted them out quickly and efficiently. The location of the condo was excellent and the unit was cozy and everything we expected. We were happy with the experience.

A most unusual and interesting property…
A most unusual and interesting property in an amazing location. We were extremely comfortable and well catered for in every aspect. Unfortunately for us the weather could have been better, however there was no shortage of raincoats and welly boots supplied. A good time was had by all 🙂

Zero stars if I could!
I deeply regret being sucked in by ThirdHome. Their fees are exorbitant considering what they offer, but more than that, their cancellation policy is offensive and unfair. If you have an emergency and cancel, even if you inform the host and the cancelled week is filled by another guest, Third Home keeps the entire payment amount and credits one-half back for future travel. Their support staff members are unhelpful and inflexible. Finally, their website is difficult to use...it's a huge time-suck. My advice: DON'T BE SUCKED IN BY THEIR GLOSSY ADS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TRAVELERS, WE SHOULD UNITE, FORM OUR OWN COOPERATIVE AND PUT THIS LOUSY COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS.

Celebrating our 5th Anniversary in Hawaii
Our stay at Lahaina Maui was wonderful. The condo was everything that we imagined. Clean and comfortable with e well equipped kitchen and a very nice bathroom.
The resort was beautiful and enjoyed everything
From the beach being so close to the property to the outside grills being near the pool. The room Lani was amazing! Loved our morning having coffee while watching the ocean to the amazing sunsets in the evening. Would definitely come again.

My first time as a guest!
This was my first experience as the guest not the host and aside from trust in Google Maps it was a really wonderful experience. A family member was a proficient English speaker who acted as our intermediary and the location of the unit itself was as described. We had a great week. It was lots of fun and now I keep searching for new places to go.

Tahoe Charm
My husband and I had a wonderful time at the charming cabin in Incline Village. Booking the reservation was easy and the owners were very hospitable with leaving proper instructions for the home. All pre-arrival notices were timely and thorough from the staff at Third Home.
