Third Rock Energy Reviews

Excellent service. The"granny charger" arrived quickly.

Well packed with a storage bag the cable seems will made and seems to do exactly what it should do.

Time will tell whether it's robust but so far so good.

Fine so far. Seemd heavy duty so I hop that it will witghstand our weather.

Happy with product and price. Item description on website indicated cable came with a carry case but it didn't. Turns out description was an error as 20m cables don't come with a case.

I recently purchased an EV charger from Third Rock Energy. While the charger itself seems to work reasonably well, I was quite disappointed with the overall build quality.
The exterior plastic feels cheap and scratches very easily, even with minimal handling. Fingerprints and marks also appear almost immediately, which gives the product a rather low-quality feel.
Considering the price I paid, I was expecting better materials, a more durable finish, and a higher standard of manufacturing.
Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations. Although the charger performs its basic function, I believe the company should pay much more attention to the quality of the materials and the overall finish.
Overall, it's a functional product, but the build quality leaves a lot to be desired.

Item was well described, with good level of detail in the ad, to ensure it was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived quickly in the post, and on using it it was found to be well made and easy to use. Completely does away for the need of expensive, overcomplicated and faffy wall boxes, as it plugs straight into a 32A single phase Commando socket (BS4343 socket) and gives up to 7kW charge rate

Easy site to use and a great product.

Super company and customer service.. thank you

Item was clearly advertised, and in stock. Delivery was timely, well packaged and item worked as described. Thank you.

After discussing options with work colleagues who have already purchased a EV granny charger I decided to purchase the same model. Its tried any tested a fits exactly what I needed. 👍

this was the only product to come with safety and CE reliability makes as standard and one of i could find on internet

Great customer service. Had a charging cable from these guys for nearly 2 years. Suddenly stopped working. Quick chat over the phone to try and sort it, then a new one was with me the next day. Great company. Would 100% recommend

I'm very happy with my purchase from Third Rock Energy, it is a good quality product at very reasonable price, it arrived in good time and in good condition.

Very quick delivery, and it does what it says!

Ordered on line kept updated with progress arrived promptly and it works..... perfect thank you for the service supplied for this purchase

Very good quality charger. Charging with 3kwh and 15m cable length is really helpful.

Only used a few times but so far very happy. Easy to set up seems good quality only small negative it didn’t come with a wall mount although I notice you can purchase them separately.

Easy to use site and got a discount on the price. Charger was delivered quickly and well packaged and works as it should.

Good quality, prompt delivery
