Conveyancing of deceased estate some 200 miles away. Property was sold by auction and everything including solicitors was conducted online. Simple and seamless and given the auction timeframe and restricted peramiters all was done very speedily. We were very pleased with price and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

The sale was not a straightforward one as it turned out that our purchasers were not ready to proceed, however Mark and Jamie took all the difficulties in their stride and were at all times supportive, patient and accessible. They worked hard to make the process run as smoothly as possible. We particularly appreciated the promptness that all enquiries were dealt with. GDPR breached early on in our conveyancing, which is reason enough to leave a 1 star review but it’s really only the start. Nothing but inconsistent incompetence holding up every aspect of our move. If you’ve got any sense, use any other solicitor on the planet.
