Owned thomas lloyd furniture for over 30 years kids and animals happily bouncing off them. So when it came time to replace this furniture I did not hesitate to purchase again so 7 years ago I replaced the old furniture. Sadly I cannot express how disappointed I am with the new furniture completely detached main braces and collapsing when inspected found to be held together with staples and very little glue, as a result of two very light weight adults sitting on it. I once spoke very highly of this company sadly I can not say this any more.

Looked on line at Thomas Lloyd furniture we saw a few sofas that would suit us. We made an appointment to visit the showroom - all the furniture was amazingly set out. The lady who showed us round really knew her stuff about all the products so questions were answered very quickly. We ordered the 2 Aspen sofas and 3 footstools with delivery for 6 weeks ( so just in time for xmas). Spot on 6 weeks furniture delivered!!
Delivery guys very experienced ( handled our awkward
entrance perfectly) . Unwrapped and positioned in no time at all. The quality of the sofas are superb - comfort excellent. I would highly recommend Thomas Lloyd for their quality and service.

This is the second piece of furniture I've purchased from Thomas Lloyd. The first a 3 seater and 2 seater antique green chesterfield. 20 years I owned it with many positve comments from friends and family over the years. The second piece was another antique Green chesterfield, yet this time with sofa bed, as adult children come to stay. I love Thomas Lloyd classic chesterfield furniture, the craftmanship and attention to detail is wonderful. It lasts decades and still looks great and Thomas Lloyd prices make them affordable. Here's to another 20 years.

Sent for samples and decided on the Burlington 3 seater sofa,love seat and footstool. Delivery time excellent and the men who delivered it were pleasant and assembled everything.
Very pleased with the service from ordering samples to receiving the product excellent quality, needs a little bit of breaking in but gets more comfortable by the day.

Worst experience I have ever had. Incorrect communication, incorrect products, weeks of annoyance. And the sofa is the most uncomfortable one I have ever had the misfortune to waste money on. Scatter cushions are like bullets, way too hard for comfort. Wish to goodness I had bought from a high street chain where I could have tested the product.

We received our Aspen sofa Armchair and Footstool on 17 Dec 24 and were apprehensive about buying on line without having actually seen or sat on them, however we could not have been more pleased with the purchase. The appearance is better than we expected the construction is solid and they are finished very well. Ok we have only been using them for a couple of months but so far so good. Thoroughly impressed.
Updated 9 Dec 25. One year on and as a retired couple the furniture gets a lot of careful use looking as good now as the day it was delivered. We are very satisfied.

Ordered a three seater chesterfield sofa from Thomas Lloyd in antique red on-line with some trepidation as internet companies vary enormously. What arrived was the most stunning sofa I have ever bought. It was exactly as described and very well made. Quality-wise I cannot fault it and it and now has pride of place in my lounge. The delivery was faultless and the sofa arrived on time without any issues. Thank you Thomas Lloyd for a incredible addition to to my home.

We bought a Chesterfield from this company about seven years ago and it looks as good as the day we bought it despite a dog that also enjoys it too.
Therefore we didn’t hesitate in buying from this company again when we needed another sofa for our new kitchen/dining area.
Excellent service all the way from ordering to delivery by Kevin and Chris, a credit to the company.
So pleased that we were also able to support an excellent British company rather than buying from abroad.

I bought a 3 seater sofa which is virtually unusable due to the cushions sliding all the time in use. The manufacturing is not the problem but the design is poor in use - I offered to contribute to a replacement design but this was turned down even though the sofa is largely unused as I'd had a long stay in hospital & in any case live alone- I had expected better

I had been toying with the idea of having a leather chesterfield sofa bed for a while and spoke to Thomas Lloyd very helpful, so ordered, very quick delivery and amazing service the delivery guys brought the sofa up my garden path navigating two sets of steps and placed it in my lounge, removed all the packaging brilliant service. Lovely chesterfield sofa bed comfortable and looks amazing very pleased

Just took delivery of my Thomas Lloyd Burlington leather sofa !!! All I can say is WOW, the quality of this hand made furniture is outstanding, the materials used are just superb. To be honest I had never heard of Thomas Lloyd but they certainly provide outstanding quality furniture and have been since 1981.
From the beginning placing the order right through to goods being dispatched I was kept updated from start to finish, even the delivery team, professional and courteous. My original order I made was too much furniture and only when it arrived did I realise there was not enough room for the furniture but Thomas Lloyd returns department cancelled the over order on my part and made good with replacement 4 seater Burlington sofa.

I am absolutely blown away at the cost, the quality and how good the furniture looks in our home, if I can give anyone any free advice it would be stay away from the high street furniture chains and invest in a QUALITY Thomas Lloyd sofa, trust me, you will not be disappointed 10/10 to Thomas Lloyd 👍

Wow, where do I start! This is the 2nd sofa I have purchased from Thomas Lloyd and this one (Aspen in Oxblood) is even better. From the start dealing with the wonderful, informative lady to arrange delivery to finish it has been a pleasure to deal with the customer service, right down to Nick & Jamie who delivered my suite today a real credit to the company for sure

The smell of leather when you walk into the room is so lovely and fits in really well with decor. Thankyou Thomas lloyd from ordering to customer service to the actual production of my sofas I would just like to say a massive thankyou to you all I'm just delighted. 😁

I ordered an armchair back in April, it was defective, it had a broken wooden frame where legs sit. It took time for it to be replaced and the second armchair was defective too, aberrations with it’s leather. Whilst staff are friendly if you can speak to them, they are incredibly slow , deliveries are hard to organise, emails aren’t replied to and the company has hung onto my money for months and are difficult about how they are going to refund the payment. Such a disappointment, and I very much regret ordering from them. The other big problem is that you don’t get to physically inspect the item before purchase because it’s a mail order company who is not responsive enough in my view. The manager will not even discuss with me and I have been passed between various teams including deliveries, accounts and the admin team. All very unhelpful from a customer point of view. I’m not prone to writing complaints but I think other purchasers need to be made aware - I have had months of aggravation and still no armchair !!!

We bought our leather chesterfield sofas in 1992 and still going strong and still kept their shape. Looking a little worn nothing a little restoration would not fix
