Unfortunately when sellers list non-handmade items on Etsy, this goes against Etsy’s policies and guidelines, and causes issues. In certain circumstances when Etsy see that sellers are trying to take advantage of selling certain items in a pandemic it can cause even bigger issues.

£500 waste of money !!! Paying for HOPE only !!
Get my account suspended in November 2020. After payment get adviser Lucy. She created about 20 Plan of Action's till July 2021 and all were unsuccessful. From the beginning, she not reading my emails to the end. Too many my questions with no answer. After 6 weeks has been complained about Lucy, asking for a change adviser, over the chat with guy ( second name from website title, owner ?..not sure) who assured Lucy is the best. So I made an official complaint over the website email. Who answers? Same guy with one sentence responds staying the same, Lucy is one of best advisers. No need to tell how desperate is amazon seller working over 16hours a day, which one day has been holding all incomes in thousands and not sure somewhere get back. Continue communication with Lucy, as no choice. In meantime has been suspended in other countries for same reason( domino effect ) asking Lucy for help. She said this £500 what I paid is for one platform account only so need to make a choice which account want to be appealed IT or UK giving me suggestion to pay next £500. Also get confirmation T&H does not guarantee reinstated account. Was fed up, so stop communicating with Lucy as no point. In conclusion:
1. Sent over 140 emails
2. Spent about 8 months in stress with no money
3. Two fficial complaints for Lucy over website T&H
What I get?
1. Not involved emotionless T&H advisor
2. 20 Appeals, drafts with copying many times same sentences
3. Hope my account will be reinstated with a successful Action Plan
That's all for £500 only.
Please do not believe the account will be reinstated within 24 hours as the adviser responding over this time, do not believe if the appeal is unsuccessful will be passed to higher instancy. Avoid please, and google it cheaper about £100 help for created a Plan Of Action with a guarantee reinstatement. Thanks for reading.

The sale of branded items was approved by amazon well before the day of the suspension, based on genuine proofs of purchase from an authorized distributor. If you had traced our account history and correspondence with Lucy, you would have known it. Better yet, write a blank reply to a negative comment. However, Lucy's "work tirelessly" did not have the desired effect over the eight month period of the first contact. All appeals missed any point of amazon request. Wish all the best for Lucy and T&H but never again from my pocket.

Unfortunately when sellers list items that they do not have permission to sell they can receive IP violations, when sellers submit documents or invoices that do not match the details registered on the sellers account it can be perceived by Amazon as fraudulent activity. This can prolong the appeal process. The estimate we provide on the initial assessment is based on information we have seen, if issues come to light later this can obviously effect the initial advice provided.
We will continue to work on your appeal.

I paid these people hundreds of dollars since I was desperate and all they did was ignore me and send me form letters, they respond immediately, right up until they get your money! do not trust these crooks! they exploit people when theyre down on their luck.
