Stay away from this company !!!
At the end of January Amazon deactivated my account. I asked for help T&H and they they assured they will help. The appeal I received was very, very generic. The woman who was assigned to my case said to send the appeal and then wait few days... of course it didn't work so she said to send the same appeal again after a week and wait... send again and wait - no additional help or verification the appeal. After a month of waiting (resubmitting the same appeal every week) I suggested that maybe something needs to be changed because this appeal does not work, she changed 2 sentences in the appeal and ordered to continue sending. Finally Amazon stopped responding. They actually made my situation worse off than I was before I used them. My account is deactivated from more than 3 moths and now I only see that I am NOT AUTHORISED to do anything on my account. The T&H have no idea what to do now. The only one advice is to send the same appeal again and again.
I am very disappointed.
I was counting on professional service.
Don't waste your money, it's not worth it !!!

Reinstated in the end
Was quoted 7-10 days for reinstatement, but it took 7 weeks. The good thing is I am reinstated, and Steven never gave up and kept telling me to carry on. I wanted to setup a new account but he advised against this, and he was right.

It was our first business suspension in two years of trading on Amazon and to be honest we didn’t know what to do. My VA recommended I speak to Steven and I did by WhatsApp, he was very helpful and arranged for Laura to help with the appeal. I was reinstated and thanks to my VA who recommended these guys I can sell again.

Steven was able to reinstate my account after I messed up and used another company. The process was complicated but Steven explained everything and what to expect which was good because some of the responses we received from Amazon were scary. Thanks Steven you are a legend.

My Amazon suspension was complicated. It took 52 days and I even received the so-called 'kiss of death' email. However Laura persisted and my account was reinstated. They're able to see through the waffle to the pertinent information that Amazon will listen to.

This is the worst company, do not waste your money
This is the worst company, do not believe what they say. They just take a chance with very basic and generic appeal letters which anyone can write by searching a bit on Google. They take your money and will never refund you if not successful. It took me so far 5 months and my account was never opened and from the 2nd month Amazon didn't even reply back any more but this company keep telling me to send the same appeal letter again. Honestly do not waste your money with them, there are better appal letters for free available online.

Please avoid this company at all costs
Please avoid this company at all costs. They just took my money from me for nothing. The individual handling my case and the appeals they helped are very very generic, it was very clear that she did not bother to understand the issues. The individual didn't come across like they knew was they are doing. Of course, it wasn't a surprise that Amazon rejected the appeals. I doubt that this company will ever get my account reinstated.
The other challenge with this company is that they cannot be reached on the phone which makes it difficult to interact with them. Plus your money is non refundable.
I am deeply saddened as I type this because it is a lot money that I paid them just to get nothing tangible back. Very very unfortunate that a company will do this and they can't be held accountable.
Please if you are reading this, avoid this company at all costs. I don't understand how they got all the positive reviews that they got. Their service is appalling.

Don’t waste any time, hire Thompson and Holt
Being an Amazon seller for 4 years, we had our fair share of listings issues and worked with quite a few different service providers. We thought a similar Plan of Action would get us back. 3 appeals later we were getting no where. We contact Thompson and Holt and Sally wrote an appeal that worked the same day!
