Very slow posting your items.

I placed an order on February 19th 2025 and have yet to receive my order - despite having reached out to their customer service twice, I still haven’t received an explication to the hold up/missing order.

FRAUD……same experience as previous review, cheap crap and not at all like advertised. Wish I’d read the reviews before hand. You can get better from primark. I have currently messaged them 14 times and still no reply so the chances of a refund are slim. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

I ordered a product described on the website as a "Cozy Knit Set (3 Pieces)," which was advertised as high-quality knitwear made from soft, breathable, and cozy materials suitable for lounging or casual wear. The product description emphasized premium craftsmanship and a stylish design, with images that reinforced the expectation of a luxurious knit fabric.

However, what I received was entirely different from what was promised. The product was made of cheap synthetic polar fleece, which is uncomfortable, low-quality, and does not resemble the advertised knit material. Additionally, the set I received lacked the aesthetic and design quality shown in the product images, falling far short of my expectations based on the advertisement.

The website also promised timely shipping, but the item took significantly longer than the advertised timeframe to arrive. Furthermore, the refund policy stated a 60-day window, and I reached out to the company within this timeframe to request a resolution. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact them were ignored, and I did not receive any response or support.

Overall, the merchandise I received does not match the product description or quality advertised, and the company's lack of response further adds to the misrepresentation and poor customer service.

We ordered a sweater that was guaranteed to ship within a day. One month later, nothing. We emailed several times, DM on IG, and submitted a request on their site. Shame on you! Not only did you fail to respond or ship the item, your failure meant a teen didn't receive a Christmas item from her wishlist. You should be ashamed of yourselfs

I placed an order on December 1. The product took 23 days to arrive. When it arrived it was stuffed in a plastic bag that was very thin and cheap looking. It was a gift for my wife who was leaving town on December 23rd. Of course, due to the long delivery process, she missed being able to open it until December 30th when she arrived back home. Pretty disappointing. Of course, to make matters worse, I had also purchased a very similar product from a competitor and it arrived within 10 days.

It took over a month to receive the green stripped sweater. It was cheaply made, the color was not the same as picture, and the style was complete off (no bell selves). I will not be ordering from this company ever again. Very disappointed!!

My order was placed but was never shipped. No response from the customer service, no matter how many times I've tried to contact via email. Generic website set up by a "hustler" with no regard for people's time or money.

I ordered an article of clothing from their site... the item that arrived was not the same that I ordered. It was a completely different thing. The worst part is that there is no where that walks you through how to return your order. You have to email the people and they don't respond. I have emailed four times now. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Ordered a sweater from their site. It took 2.5 weeks to arrive. The item looks nothing like the image. It was very cheaply made. I submitted for a return and received a generic email saying the company will follow up within 24 hours. I reached out a second time after 72 hours surpassed… same email. I assume I won’t be returning the item because they list no return address or have a process for returns listed on their site. Lovely.

I ordered an outfit for my granddaughter for her 17th Birthday. She picked it out on line. It is so cheaply made, I paid almost a $100.00 for it and had it shipped to her. I am so upset that I spent this amount of money for the item she received! C. In Alabama

Great experience. Love the clothing and the quality, not too crowded when I visit and nice service.

Very disappointed with the quality of garment based on cost was expecting much more. Bought for wife as present she was very disappointed too. Have contacted numerous times for refund have been ignored. Product poor and customer service poor certainly not a reflection of how you portray yourself as n social media. Let’s see if I get a reach out from here?
