The lady who served me was brilliant - I think her name was Shannon.
She helped me choose a new phone and other devices which I was hoping to buy.
She was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me to purchase items.
Best in store experience I’ve had when purchasing a phone.
If you have a bonus scheme or any kind of recognition it would be very much deserved as she was lovely!
