Amazing Customer Service
I went into Three today to discuss about potentially an upgrade and situations regarding my account. I was greeted by Pedro who was very welcoming and understanding. Pedro listened to everything that I had to say and made sure that I understood everything that he was relaying back to me, no matter how many times I asked which I was really thankful for. This enabled me to be really informed about what the outcomes could be. Pedro also made sure that I was getting the best deals for what I specifically wanted which I really appreciate. I managed to get the outcome that I wanted with Pedros expertise within his field and was very happy with the service. Pedro also made some time to check the concerns that my father had with his account which was greatly appreciated. Could not recommend enough.
Ben was also present and was very welcoming and friendly. When I asked him about certain cases he was able to give me the information I needed. Overall a great experience due to the amazing customer service.

Great service and team.
Was due an upgrade and had very little time to visit the shop with my very young daughter. Sam and Nat were able to match the offer from a competitor and get an additional line at a better price.
Very good customer service, worked very quickly due to the risk of my daughter getting fussy, no pushy upselling just gave me the option of there offers.
Highly recommended.
