Excellent Customer Service from Mohammed.
I recently visited the Three store in Orpington High Street to check the status of my mobile phone and tablet plans, as they were all coming to the end of their contracts.
Mohammed assisted me with all my queries and was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He explained my options clearly and demonstrated excellent product knowledge. I had originally planned to cancel all of my tablet plans, but Mohammed showed me a very good upgrade offer for a newer tablet, which convinced me to keep one of the tablet plans.
I was very pleased with the service I received and appreciated the time Mohammed took to go through everything with me. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall.
