Outstanding service from Kwok at Tamworth store
I had a such a great experience at the Three Stote Tamworth thanks to Kwok, the store manager.
From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient and genuinely focused on helping me rather than rushing the sale.
Its rare to find customer service like this nowsdays, professional, knowledeable and friendly all at the same time. Kwom really goes above and beyo d, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers.
A real credit to the store and the company. Highly recommed visiting the branch.

Only store open on Sunday
Went in to the store Sunday morning, In all honesty I wouldn’t have chosen 3 but they were the only store in Tamworth open. My IPhone had broken and I was in desperate need of a new phone.
Megan was an unbelievable help, I had no phone and no way to make contact with my previous service provider, after attempting to use the store phone which had no luck, she took my Sim Card and put in to her personal phone so I was able to make the necessary phone calls to transfer my details.
Not only did I receive great customer service, the deal i received was excellent too. Lower air time plan than I was currently paying, new IPhone at an affordable price, power bank, protective case and screen protector (unfortunately faulty) all included at a very affordable price.
After recent experiences with customer service in the same industry it was really refreshing to see people that take pride in the work and a company that seems to focus on a quality experience.
