Personal touch
I was aware I was out of contract with 3 and after logging into my account mistakenly brought an add on eSIM and not a contract renewal, unaware of how to cancel this I went to my local 3 store in Torquay and was grateful I did, I received excellent customer service from Kyle and other members of the store team, by the time I left my eSIM had been cancelled and a new 24 month contract put in place that provides all the data I need, comes with European roaming and saved me over £8 per month and Kyle had ensured I remain as a loyal customer to 3

Im fuming- incompetence as a new client
Im fuming! I order on the phone using my holiday home for the 5g hub. Postcode Tq4 7je. Your idiot staff use my billing address for the hub!! I mean an hour on the phone abd I come into collect and it’s not right one ! Nor can they give me the same deal . You should be ashamed of sales - selling everyone the wrong bloody thing. I have special needs and im now full of anxiety
UPDATE - case closed and they’ve not even contacted me !! Saying they have resolved my complaint ?? EVEN COMPLAINTS ARE INEPT ??

Phone was full of adverts. Bendy gave me a cracking deal for a contract, Dom has removed all the adverts and viruses from my phone. Would be lost without them.
