Whilst it is true that it does cost to change or cancel flights, this is not something that is unique to Tickets to World, nor is it within our control unfortunately. Airlines levy fees for changes and cancellations with the type of highly reduced fares that we use and we as the agent are duty bound to collect these charges.
I would also just like to add that it is always possible to select a fare that does allow changes/ cancellation but my best advice for this would be to speak with one of our advisors to ensure that you get the fare that is right for you.

Booked the tickets online. Received etickets in 15 minutes and verified the tickets on airlines site. All good. Also they give more Baggage allowance when compared to booked direct.

Terrible company , The worst customer I have ever encountered, my flight was cancelled by the airline and I am being given the run around trying to get my money refunded. When I ring up I either get disconnected (4 times) or told I will get a call back which doesn't happen, I used the FAQ to get an email address which the 2 on there do not work, both emails were returned undelivered as the addresses do not exist.
