Beware of using this company! We spent £1700 there on bathroom vanity units, wc, etc. All items were promised for the sart date of our fitter, however the vanity unit was not delivered for a further 6 weeks, the matching mirrored cabinet was delivered on the back of a forklift (very poorly packaged for an expensive unit), and had to be stored as it needed to be fitted centrally above the missing vanity unit, no mention was made of needing to unpack all items at the time. When, six weeks later, the fitter opened the box to fit, the mirror was cracked, when returned to the company their head office did not want to know, and we were told that it should have been unpacked on deliver, not previously mentioned. So I have had to pay my fitter for 3 visits, and to replace the mirror in the cabinet out of my own pocket. The company are not registered with ombudsman, so this option for resolution is not accessible. Their Head Office provide a Dreadful aftersales service! This is no reflection upon the Llanelli store staff who tried to be helpful throughout our ordeal.

Outstanding service and products, very fast delivery, very pleased with this purchase and will be shopping again in the very near future.

We recently purchased a walk-in shower plus tiles etc from your Dafen Llanelli branch. I must say the service we received from both Mandy Williams and Berian was outstanding. They were so helpful and patient and gave us good some good advice more than any other bathroom showroom we visited. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They even recommended a Tiler "Tony" and he has proved to be excellent. We are very grateful and trilled with our new bathroom.

Bought a whole bathroom suite costing over £1500 with this company lovely looking suite but when we had problems the after sale was appalling! And even had to repurchase items instead of having them replaced as it should of been! that is the service that all other bathroom companies use! Won’t be using them again!

Awful service checked to make sure the items were in stock before ordering.. phoned 2 shops and both shops clearly stated that the items were in stock in the warehouse but did not take payment over phone so had to do it online only to get a call later telling us 1 of the items were not available... 🤔😭very disappointed

Went to Tile&Bath co in Llansamlet, we bought some floor tiles for our kitchen. The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. The quality of floor tiles were excellent. They look amazing in our kitchen, I love them so much, I went back and bought more for my hallyway. We even bought a toilet + basin suite from them, that had to be ordered in. It was delivered as promised, with a courtesy call to let us know they were in early. The helped load our car and were fantastic. We even went back for some advice and they were really knowledgable and educated. Would recommend to anyone looking for tiles or bathroom items.
